Staff need training in customer service, so rude . I am an easy going person but I am the customer and I deserve to be treated as such. Speaking under your breath in front of the customer is rude, if I order 1lb of chicken don’t give me .74lbs and make it seem like I am giving you a hard time. I am never coming back to this Donna’s in particular. Went to commercial restaurant so different.
This particular location is so sorry and ridiculous it’s 9 PM and they’re supposed to be closed at 11 PM the sign on the door even states that the women always have an attitude every time you get food served to you it’s always a discrepancy with their attitude and their rudeness is this is how the country is this is how they’re taught if you’re not happy working at where you work at then you should find another trade or business every time I come in there they always have their face tooted up and miss treating me as a customer and it would be for a customer they wouldn’t have a job any other location I go to I don’t really have a problem there at this particular location they need to get re-trained reevaluate with their attitude and learn this is the USA and you need to treat customers accordingly disappointment
So I ordered mannish water Friday night it was the worst ever I’ve never tasted anything like it taste like pot water never again Whoever was the cook need to go back and learn how to cook mannish water
I actually like Donna's restaurant. But this Donna's has failed me on so many occasions. Either the chicken is too dry, or the meat too soft till its falling apart in your mouth, or your stew peas soup looks like manish water & has absolutely no flavor. I have given them chance after chance when I've been too hungry. Not again✌?.
It's a shame. There's so many good things on the menu, but they were out of everything except jerk chicken.
Came here for the first time; visiting from Port St. Lucie. There wasn’t a friendly greeting but that is to be expected (Caribbean culture). The food was well seasoned with a heavy equal portion of rice, meat, salad and GRAVY! We ate every bite of our oxtail until we couldn’t anymore!
The food is great and I love going here but some of the ladies who are serving can be rude. The service make me want to go down to Golden Crust. Staff need a training on how to serve the public.
SCAM OF A RESTAURANT!! DON’T EAT HERE!! Other locations are the exact same way. The food is always dry, burnt or served very little. These restaurants are very disorganized & many times the servers are rude. Don’t waste your money!
There’s noting better than Donna’s. Hands down the best spot for lunch. Amazing flavor and portions. Try the curry goat and curry chicken ?
CHICKEN SOUP IS THE BOMB! I WOULD HAVE 3 TIMES A WEEK. ALWAYS TASTY AND MADE FRESH EVERY DAY! LOVE DONNA'S!
