If I could give 0 stars I would do it. THE WORST SERVICE EVER IN THE WORLD.The whole team was very slow, the attention was the worst, my family and I ordered burritos and bowls and they were poorly served.One burrito was so toasty and the other one broke, and they just dumped the mixed food onto another tortilla to fix it . We tried to ask questions, and it was as we were talking with anyone.And if there wasn’t enough , the restaurant closed at 10pm, it was 9:10pm and a women from the team don’t let us eat inside de restaurant because she said the restaurant was already closed.Don’t go to this chipotles please.
I generally feel as if all 1-star reviews are phony or of hyperbole because of minor issues. However, I will say, that my experience today at this location was particularly horrendous. I placed a mobile order at 8:00pm this evening using the Chipotle app (for context purposes, it was only for one burrito bowl). It stated that the earliest time available to pick up would be at 8:20pm, which was perfect. I arrived at the store at 8:19pm and waited, waited some more, and waited even more. There was a large number of people who were visibly upset because they individually were waiting upwards of an hour. It got to the point where some gentlemen began using profanity at the staff (which I obviously do not condone under any circumstances) because he waited 1.5 hours for a mobile pick up order. I ultimately waited 1.75 hours inside the store to get my food. The staff appeared to be very dismissive and kept saying they were busy. They unfortunately kept prioritizing all of the walk in orders in lieu of those who ordered ahead of time. Ultimately, I know people are understaffed, so I can understand somewhat of a wait (e.g., 20 to 30 minutes), but waiting in the store just shy of 2 hours was more than frustrating. My flight I had from New York to Fort Lauderdale earlier today was almost the same time I waited for a burrito bowl. You can't help but to laugh at that reality. Also, no refund, complimentary soft drink, etc. was offered. Overall, this was just a terrible interaction.
Today this store was taking online orders due to an issue with the staff. I can't imagine how frustrating this is for the employees, but the service was horrible. I don't mind waiting, but what I can't stand was the way they were making the food. They literally were throwing the food into the bowls. I asked one of them a question, and he completely ignored me.When I received my food, I thanked the lady twice and she didn't even replied.Very disgusted.
Absolutely the worst Chipotle I have been to. With all the negative reviews, I can see why. The place is always dirty, and the employees are horrible. They have no customer service, and always are understaffed. They will literally walk away from the register to go attend to something non urgent when they are slammed busy.I ordered to go food and when I went to pick it up, it was not ready and I had to wait an additional 15 minutes. One girl was doing all the to go orders while another girl was in the back. The manager was outside on break I guess, who knows what he was doing. When I mentioned the wait, the girl in the back came up and had an attitude. When I gave her one back, I kid you not, she told me to get out of her [email protected]&!ing face. I was in total shock. I pulled out my cell and took a picture of her.Then the manager proceeded to come back inside and tell me that I could not film as it was illegal. I told him I was not filming but he proceeded to try and take my phone away from me to see if I was. I couldn’t believe my experience. I grabbed my food finally and walked out. I will never ever be going back to this location and I will be writing a letter to corporate along with the photo I have of the girl.Please read the other reviews and do yourself a favor and not go to this location!
For the most part this location is great but because of the fact the outside tables are exposed to the birds I cannot give this a higher score. There were bird droppings all over the tables and it seems they lack the staff to keep the tables clean. It was pretty busy, so the location is well liked. You need to be aware of the birds and condition of the tables when going to this location.
This place is disgusting, dirty, zero customer service, we was told after waiting 45 min and 2 hungry children system went down and they couldn't help. Very very ?
Yeah, I don’t think this place should be your go-to Chipotle. I’m stunned that this location has four stars. I ordered my order for pickup and even 45 minutes later it was not ready. I wasn’t the only one, with nearly 10 other customers waiting alongside me. I had plenty of time to look around while I waited, and saw dirty tables and floors. Employees did not seem to care and overall carried an attitude that I could see agitated plenty of waiting customers, including me. To top it all off, the rice I got was undercooked (crunchy) and a portion of my toppings were missing. Overall, this did not feel like a dining experience, but more so a dare my buddy made me do. Not worth your time or your money. Stay clear of this place.
Very dark and unwelcoming entrance. I had my fiancé order our food and I proceeded to go to the restroom and the restroom was the nastiest restroom that I have seen in a long time. Tissue on the floors, full trash, sticky floors etc. Cleanliness is clearly not high on the priority list at this location. After coming out of the restroom my fiancé informed me of how rude the Jamaican woman was that was fixing our bowls she was very snappy and had such a rude disposition she even walked off the line when he asked for Pollo asado and proceeded to yell that there was none!Someone else had to finish fixing our bowls and had to apologize for her behavior! Totally unacceptable. I know Covid Has called for desperate times so people had to go to desperate measures but that staff needs to be retrained or replaced whichever one is more fitting, Everyone but the one lady that finished the bowls. This is the worst chipotle that I have ever been in and I have visited locations in North Carolina, Virginia, Georgia, St. Louis all the way to Miami. Also please get the bathroom together it’s very uncomfortable for a woman to go into a filthy restroom! I have attached photos.
Learned my lesson with delivery. Order arrived with no protein in the bowl. It's ĺike they replaced it with more sour cream. Not a burrito bowl - more like a creamy soup bowl. Not what I needed when I had to work super late, and nothing else nutritional is open. Thanks team!
Horrible service!One of the workers started taking my order ... after i told her what my order is, she left... then someone else came..after taking my order and another guy put the toppings, my food just stayed there...no cashier... one person comes out of the kitchen ..looks me in the eye and nothing..then another one comes.. 5-10 min standing there... i asked a guy who came and started tapping on the register: what's the problem? My food is right there..he says: i cannot touch your food! He goes n looks for gloves, but of course, tje gloves box is empty! Back n forth .. and then i talled to another guy..he said he cannot give me trays coz they dont have them.. i said: then bag them coz i cant hold these bowls like that.. and then a tray was placed in front of me the wrong way... seriously! What's wrong with these people??? Never going back! Today was our first time since forever! You never failed to disappoint!
