First time I ordered here I ordered 2 bowls and received 1 and it was the wrong bowl. Second time I ordered they told the delivery driver somebody had picked up my food already and my food isn’t there anymore and didn’t give him another order they just told him to call customer service. The level of competence at this chipotle is outstanding. They must hire the dumbest of the dumb
Whatever your pickup time is for your order, add 20 minutes to it. Orders are always so late it's laughable. You may as well stand in line, it's faster and you can at least tell them when they get your order wrong.
I really like this location. I feel like they're fast and the line goes really quickly but usually I order online and the number of times I've gotten an incorrect order is astonishing. It's like 50/50 on whether or not I'll be eating what I chose or just whatever they decided to put in there but the online help option with the app is amazing. Whenever I get an incorrect order, I can just explain what happened thru the help option and they always give a full refund without any hassle so that's great.
The staff changes quite often, before their last team were pretty unprofessional, it's Def better now. Just don't expect that chik-fil-a smile. I don't mind because they are fair with their portions, which are becoming rarer around here. It's my favorite chipotle so far.
Came here right after doing groceries as I was really hungry. This location is a bit far from home but I come here due to this location quality of customer service. The staff here is happy and they always seem happy to serve me.Tonight I had a bowl with some super greens, brown rice, steak, tomatoes, peppers and onions, with some sour cream and guac. This is one of my favorite combinations as I never feel super bloated after eating.Overall my experience was pretty good, the location was not as busy as it normally is during the time I went and it was well cleaned.
Wanted steak - was told sorry we're out of steak....rather than just being told, Sir you can wait a little cause we've got more steak coming. Had to settle for chicken, which by the way was just tasteless, like not seasoned at all, seriously, I couldn't tell the corn from the chicken because them both tasted the same. Then asked for guac, which is a separate charge as we know, and yet it had no taste at all neither - this paste was far from guacamole, couldn't taste the avocado at all. Anyways, plenty of other Chipotles around town, do yoursel a favor... avoid this one ?
First, I think the young lady running the register was Marissa according to the receipt and she was very polite and friendly and she didn't make a mistake on our bill but I'm still writing because of how nice her attitude was. This is the edit with photos because we went back again already and again Marissa was the cashier and very polite, friendly and professional all at once. She is a major asset for the company and especially the store.The food was perfect and I got a good portion of my usually chicken bowl and the place was clean and sometimes places can get a bit unclean for a few minutes but the workers were going around a few times and kept it clean.The utensils and napkins were there the ice was in the soda machine and everything was great including where we like to sit everytime we're there, outside on the side of the building.Great job everyone and Thank you.A.Z.
I've been to in this place 3 times. I wont go back there any more. Generally Chipotle is one of the healthiest fast food but not in this branch. The greens are NOT GREEN. They are mostly so old and , the salsa is not that fresh too. Guacamole is usually just a big piece of Avocado and that's it. the worst thing is the very weird taste of the meat. first time I went to this store I thought Chipotle changed the recipe. IT was very bad. then I tried Sunrise store and I realized this branch is only doing something wrong and meat taste so bad . I DO NOT recommend this store.
Came super hungry around 4pm.. everything was dried out, the server acted like he didn't care.. the cashier kept leaving her register to do tic tok dances with a customer in the lobby. Brisket was hard and dry, he gave me 3 Hugh pieces of chicken like that was enough, 1 spoon of rice, pinto beans were dry.. everything but the rice was low and dry. Terrible experience including the last 2x I came.. this location needs some improvements
