If I could I would give this location a 0 star This is one of the worst Chick-fil-A location they’re ridiculous staff don’t really care about the customers. I ordered my food Thur curbside pick up at around 3:45pm I didn’t get my food until after 4:30pm the Excuse was they were really busy nobody bothered emailing me calling me or even came outside to let me know what was going on.I couldn’t get out the car because I had a baby.I called customer service no one got back to me or even gave me my refund I told them I wanted I never thought Chick-fil-A would have that type of customer service.
I frequently buy from this store and the customer service in the last few visits is not up to the Chick-fil-A standards. The fries packages are being filled only to about 3/4 of the size. This has happened more than once where I have had to return the food. The food orders are not being checked thoroughly and the food does take a lot of time to be ready. I live close to this store and that is why I choose this store but will start going to the store on University for better service. The same issue with the less fries has happened when placing a Door Dash order.
They were out of regular chicken sandwiches, spicy chicken sandwiches, and sweet tea. The cashier was pleasant, but the other workers had a poor attitude. Not the chick FIL A experience we are used to and have come to expect.
25 min wait for curbside pick up for one sandwich. Then I called, no answer. They called me back few min later and asked if I can pull up because of the slight rain. I ended up just going in myself. I was in such a hurry too, thinking this would be a quick meal.
I just left this location and let me say… If I could I would give 0 stars. WORST Chick-fil-A I’ve ever been to. They gave my food away like ppl in this world don’t have same names. They didn’t even check the guys receipt. And gave him the food. I then told them that and waited another 10mins for my meal which was wrong. Then they said they need to make another sandwich which took awhile. And they missed items in my meal. I waited about 30mins for my food. I’d rather drive to another location then go back there.
What can I say about Chick fil A that everyone don't know already! Customer service ..✓✓✓✓✓✓✓. Are you willing to wait in the sun, rain, sleet or snow to get it? You bet yah! In addition, do you have to pay for extra sauce? no! Do you get enough napkins? yes!
I’ve just had one of the worst experiences at Chic Fil A. I ordered through the mobile app and DoorDash delivered it with the wrong order so I called to explain everything and the manager said to come in with the food so I did. I get there and one of the employees were so rude and refused to give me the correct order. She argued with me and wouldn’t even get a manager because they were “busy”. I wish I got her name; she had my blood boiling. had to get the attention of a manager just to get my food. Mind you, I placed my order at 1:57 and I didn’t get this resolved until 3:05. Never going to this location again.
On March 30th I visited the Broward Mall location. I decided to order curbside because my toddler was sleeping in the back seat. So i ordered a sandwich with a side salad. The sandwich was fine but when i opened my side salad a strange smell came out. I decided to still eat it because figured it might be the cheese. But when i took my first bite i saw something that looked like a leg or something. After further digging i found it! It was a ROACH!!! I have never felt more disgusted in my life. Also i have never had such experience with CFA i am a frequent customer and never thought this would happen to me. The reason i did not get off the car was because as i mentioned earlier my toddler was sleeping in the back seat. I regret not taking a picture and reporting them to the health department. DO NOT GO TO THIS LOCATION! It is not ok to have roaches in a CFA where people go because we do not trust other fast food places. This location never again!
So my family and I are eating at the mall and my daughter wanted a sandwich. In typical four year old fashion she didn’t finish. I accidentally threw away the wrapper and proceeded to ask for a new one. Where I was promptly told no. I was denied a 10 cent piece of paper to rewrap my daughter’s sandwhich.
Today was the 3rd time I've been to this specific location & was left sitting in the parking lot for more than 15 minutes waiting for my order. What's really frustrating is the fact that I told the worker bringing orders out that I was waiting (after confirming my spot in the app). When I got out to get the order myself, I saw that it was just sitting on the counter. Thanks to you guys I was late returning to work.
