The food was good but person working the drive through was awful. She dropped my change so I had to find more change to hand her.
The drivethru ordering is all automated but everything was right and the food is always good!
I pulled up here at 11:32 pm the order taker told me "we're taking a 15 minute break, we are tired right now" are you serious!!!!??? A fast food restaurant does not have the right to tell its customers to wait! ?? add to the fact their machines are always down (only taking cash) and service is very likely to mess up your order ? (I was charged once double for an item I ordered). This Checkers is flat out terrible. Food is on point, but staff needs to change ASAP. Clean house at this location from top to bottom.
I had order online through my phone. There's a drive thru for online order, which is pretty much faster than ordering at the drive thru.
I love checkers but I was very disappointed ? with my hamburger I eat at a lot of checkers this checkers Patty was must smaller than the regular checkers that I normally go to your meat was overcooked
No customer service skills, reheated fries and made my sandwiches wrong.. We have give Checkers many chances but after this last visit, we will not be returning.
Didnt get anything. Cancelled my order and drove off. Cashier has no customer service skills.
I was there for 25-35 minutes at 10:50 pm last night. There were 5 cars ahead of me. After being the “next” one to order for easily 5 minutes with someone just saying “hold on a minute”, i just decided to cut my loses. Who knows how much longer i would’ve had to wait for the food. Literally TWO cars got their food in the amount of time i waited..you live and you learn. Never again
I ordered the 2 sandwiches for $4, 1 sm fry and sm drink for add'l $2. A second sm drink and large fry. I winded up with 2 medium drinks,1 large fry and 2 sandwiches. When I tried to explain to the young lady what I ordered, she stated that I wasn't clear in my order. I don't think that she was paying attention.I will not go back to this location. I refused to argue with her and drove off. Totally dissatisfied. Sorry
Wait 35 MINUTES. Just to get to the window then another 5 cause they forgot our sundaes Don’t go here unless you have an hour to kill and your not starving
