I went in as they where closing and I mean just a few minutes before the mall closed (basically closed) and my experience I had was superb. Sheyla, Sasha, Brian, and Joseph that where closing up on 5/23/2022. These 4 are definitely 5 start employees!!!!! They deserve a raise for sure!!!! Even though they where pretty much closed out for the night like the rest of the mall, they where super helpful and gladly made my food without a second thought. Kudos to these 4 for keeping up that customer service down to the second. They where so kind and very pleasurable to have and experience with. 10/10 for these fantastic 4!!!! Keep it up
Worse sub you can possibly get. Has absolutely no flavor and taste like “fake food”. Wouldn’t recommend this place to anyone. Also the subs are poorly put together.
Saddest philly cheese steak I have ever had. Meat no good. Asked for mushrooms, onions, and green peppers. There were no mushrooms. Onions were sparse. Green peppers barely cooked. Bread terrible. Asked for small come to find out I got large. Employees don't know how to communicate properly. Much better cheese steaks elsewhere.
More employees working than subs ordered on screen and order took forever! Ridiculous!!
Worst customer service in all of Broward county ,don't waste your time...
I stopped by for a cheese steak. It was exactly as ordered and still hot when I sat down to eat. I was a bit hungry. It was so good I finished it in nothing flat.
We LOVE Charley’s cheesesteaks…We ordered 2 regular combos…There was no lettuce and tomatoes on sandwiches as ordered…The French fries were not cooked properly-half way done…Our ice-teas had no ice-just tea that was warm…But the cheesesteaks were hot, tasty and very good! Normally I would give a higher rating, but the kid at the counter, didn’t get the order correct and it made our experience disappointing.
Good food but the employees stood around and took their time making my food. Gave me weird looks too, not sure why.
The food was amazing and at a very great cheap price as well. But what I really liked was the customer service. In particular, Jasmine, she was amazing and very nice and happy. Most places, mainly fast food places, I go to they are a bit rude with attitude but Jasmine was great. I recommend anyone to go there for her alone. Very great server.
usually i don’t have a problem with this place but today i am slightly upset. i made sure my order had no pickles but once i receive it, it had pickles. second, the app said my food would be delivered in an hour. fine, no problem that’s why i ordered when i did. it wound up taking 1 hour and 30 min for my food to be delivered. other than these instances, i had no other problems. just please pay attention when someone is requesting for something to NOT be on their food.
