This is the worse Burger King especially for them to be new! I asked for 3 doubles and they give me 3 singles which means they overcharged me. I’m sick them getting orders wrong. And then when I call the number it doesn’t work!!! I want my money back!

Just had chking chicken sandwich.Extremely overdone/burnt. Inedible.Date of purchase 6/1/2022 6:13 pm order number 282.Whoever made it must have known it was not fit to eat.

Got in the drive thru @ 725. Was told very rudely that I can’t place my order now and I will be told when I can. @ 735 I was able to place my breakfast order. Left the drive thru @ 755. Very slow. They made need additional staff. This location is fairly new.

I went thru the drive thru and asked for a bacon barbecue cheese wopper . They said no bacon. I when inside and and found three platters of bacon cooked. The servers were house playing at the cash register. I pointed to bacon you and the manager and she said it just came out . The fry’s were falling onto the floor and they did not care. When I got home my wopper was cold. Come on you can do better.

I brought it to the Manager attention that the bathroom had backwood leaf’s all over the bathroom sink she asked me was it on toilet and I told her no very rude manager and didn’t move to clean the bathroom up she had no care in the world about the bathroom

Waited in the drive thru for about 35minOrdered 1 reg menu meal (no special req) at about 2p, paid at 2:20p got to the window with horns blaring behind me & cars left the line after such a long wait only to be asked by the young man at the window what my order was? But I did appreciate the apology for the wait. Asked again what my drink was, was handed a bag with the sandwich and cold fries (asked for a hot order (especially considering the wait) the least we can do is get hot food). According to the gentleman at the window the cause of delay was related to a new employee but rather than watch, get in there and help the new employee and the “team” move the line. Anyway, just sharing MY experience today.

This place has some of the worst individuals working.I asked for my nuggets to be fresh, they gave them to me soggy.After asking for them to be replaced,I was greeted very strangely by the gentleman who was running the frier.He goes to tell me that "he made it fresh" and that they're good.Followed by"You like to smoke??"To which I was a bit shocked."You like to smoke? I made them fresh like you asked. You have a cigarette?'Responding, "no I don't"He then haggled me for "50 cents"After looking for 50 cents, I asked himWhat do I owe 50 centsHe tells me so I can by him a cigarette.This guy tampered with my food between me asking for it to be cooked properly and then coming with the next batch.It was undercooked and over peppered. The flavor was tamper d with and product was thrown in the trash.This will be brought up to corporate as no one from the store should deliberately mess with a customers food then request/solicit as if it was a favor to destroy what was ordered .Disgusting

This was the dirtiest Burger King or fast food place I've ever gone to. I took 20 mins for some to acknowledge me , even thought they were right there in front of me. The manager look at me several times and guess that she should say how can I help you. I never order, I walked out. What ever you do don't go here.

Best looking Burger King I know, service is always excellent, tasty whopper and fresh French fries.

Went to the drive thru, had to pull over to wait for my food it was a big order, so that was fine, but when we got it, it was cold, burgers were room temperature at most, onion rings the same!! Why? How? since I was waiting for it , I assumed they had to cook it? And they forgot one hamburger.
