Had arrived late around 11... No wait time.. service was very good. All the order tasted good.
Service sucked they ignored me for 20 minutes while I was waiting for my pick up order, they only gave us one instead of the two birds Dawgs we ordered, they messed up the sauce on all 30 wings and the fries were cold and stale. one of the wings still had feathers on it NEVER going back
2016 this place was decent but over the years its been on a slow decline.. I Just left there about 15 minutes ago it took them 25 minutes just to get our order for drinks and the place was empty. Food taste was a solid 6/10, although it came pretty quickly which was good. Our server was nice and made sure that we were good. On my last visit about a month and a half ago I ordered online and my order took very long to come out. They put people in front of me and on top of that I was at the restaurant for 2 hours until I got my food. Once I finally received my order I went home and discovered that I had 10 wings instead of 20 plus they put a very small amount of tater tot’s with my order. After waiting 2 hours for a order I placed beforehand, I had to go right back. Once I arrived I gave them my whole order back and stated that it was incorrect. Although I waited for 2 hours before I had to wait a additional hour and a half for a order that was prepared incorrect. Nobody made it a priority to make my food first after having to come back. I was told my food was being prepared right away and after waiting and waiting my food hadn’t showed. I spoke to 2 different managers, the 1st manager said he would handle it right away which was a lie bc 45 minutes passed and he never came back. I asked for another manager and she finally took action to get the WINGS. On top of all of that my I just so happened to check my bag before leaving and they forgot the tater tots….. When I finally got the tater tots they were cold…. I honestly just took it and left. That was the Worst experience I’ve had at any establishment. Being lied to and having my time wasted. I never got obnoxious or frustrated with anyone their. I wasn’t compensated or given a coupon for what had occurred. I think that today will be my last time going Buffalo Wild Wings.
The wait staff was attentive and very polite. The only reason that I didn't give 5 stars was because the meals for each of us (there were 3 of us in the party) all came out at different times within a 6 or 7 minute time frame. If the meals would have all come out at the same time, it would definitely be a 5 star rating.
This was supposed to be boneless wings and cheddar curds. Missing sauce, burnt to a crisp and absolutely no customer service. Manager mary advised Uber eats had to pay for a remake in order to get a replacement. Seriously? This shouldn’t have gone out in the first place!

I ordered lemon pepper wings and honey bbq wings, I must say I am so disappointed the lemon pepper wings are horrible it had some cream sauce on it which is disgusting, we didn’t receive our carrots, celery or ranch for the wings, my first experience eating here was bad but I decided to give them another try and I’m still upset I will never eat here again. So upset what a waste of money
The staff was amazing. Especially the bartender and the manager on duty. We showed up at almost closing time after a day of helping a friend move without stopping for food. They were able to allow us to still get some wings and fries. Will definitely go back next time I'm in town!!!!
Took a minute to get someone's attention, but overall, I had a good experience. Food was done in 15 minutes, as stated, and it was yummy!!! The bartender who took my order was very pleasant and youthfully happy. Enjoyed my visit immensely. Thank you Buffalo Wild Wings!!!!
I been here twice and I can sincerely say I have had a wonderful and delightful time. The food service is fast. The food is fresh and tastefully display. The wait staff is courtesy and cheerful. Their attentiveness is superb. They have a full bar. The bartenders are approachable and joyous. They make your time their pleasurable. The prices are not different from any other franchise with similar venue. For sporting events they have 360 degree surround sound and video. No matter where you look you hear and can see a TV look back at you.
