Management is increasingly indifferent and unprofessional. When one calls for the manager to attempt resolution, they never come to the phone and never return calls. Even when I say I'm calling to avoid posting a bad review, they simply don't care. Atrocious mannerisms.Amongst many other things, when one places an order online and the item one ordered is out (they're horrible with managing inventory), they swap out for something else but for something with a lower cost.Meaning, some items cost extra when ordering. Many times they'll run out of those items. When they swap out to something else which has no added cost, they never modify the credit. They charge the same cost without the extra items. Then one has to get delayed by pleading with them and they never do make the adjustment. This happens frequently.--------From two years ago, not much has changed.Too often this place has insufficient inventory. Also unkempt at times. Regional overview is needed. Employees, including management, park in the customer Curbside parking, forcing customers to park in general parking and go in and ask for their pickup. The corporate offices obviously aren't minding these stores.

Excellent home cooked food! The chicken pieces are small, but the taste is excellent and you get two sides. The chicken is moist and tender. Besides the 10% discount as an older person, on the following Saturday following your purchase, you have the option to use your receipt to get a BOGO!You can't beat that!

I ordered on Activemenus for was ready on time but when I got home the bbq sauce for chicken was non existent

We both got the fish dinners on Friday as takeout , and they were both tasty and inexpensive. Service was quick, and it was only minutes from our hotel.

Love Boston market and always enjoy them but my last order from this place was a disgrace. First and last time I order from here. $42 on Food and it was cold and spilled in all in the bag. Missing some items including my drink. I even called the store and they could care less and dismissed me. Definitely need to look into the way this place is managed. Told me to call the delivery service. Helloooo.. i bought the food from your restaurant. Have some pride in what you do if not get out of the business. I’ve purchased so many times from other locations and this one is by far the worst ever. I will let all of my friends and anyone that listens that this store is the worst. Avoid it.

Service here was fantastic! I got off work late last night picked up my one year old and realized I didn't have lunch for him the next day. So I went on Active Menus found boston market and ordered. It was super easy and quick and my food was ready on time! I truly appreciate great and quick service!

Miss Boston Mkt … they abandonned St Louis ?

Went in 1/31/22 and couldn’t be served because they had a big order. Management stated they were not serving the public until around 12:30pm. I stated your sign says you’re open at 11:00am. They then stated no we can’t serve you. So they rather lose their walk in business for an every once in a while big order. They should have called in help to prepare the big order. Not only have they lost my business that day but, I will not be back. There are too many other restaurants in the area.

Healthy choices, but meat loaf is a little dry.

Asked for poultry gravy for my market bowl, since I'm a celiac and can't have the beef gravy (beef one has wheat flour in it). He specified this fact 3 times while ordering so I wouldn't get anything I'm allergic to. They gave us beef gravy instead, without saying anything. Unfortunately I'm highly allergic to it, so I sent my boyfriend back in to get the gravy we asked for. They said they've "never heard of poultry gravy." which is a bit weird, since it's a staple of Boston Market. I always order that gravy, because the beef one has gluten. Be careful if you're a celiac, because they said they put the gluten-based beef gravy on EVERYTHING (even turkey). We think that maybe they just don't have it at this one location. The manager was super nice, but we would have appreciated them just saying they don't carry it instead of giving us something we couldn't eat. He did go back in and they did replace it (without gravy), but it seems like a waste to have made it twice. Good thing my boyfriend checked it for me... I would have gone to the hospital if I had taken a bite.
