Such great customer service that's why it's always crowded, got the cinnamon sugar pretzel nuggets, soooooo good!!!!!
I know it’s the Holiday season but with COVID-19 businesses have been shut down for months. Employees need to get with the program and stop acting lazy. We are all out here shopping, spending money and then have to deal with attitude and poor customer service. On top of new restrictions and guidelines it could help if we can all do better to make it an enjoyable time out.

I'm giving this kiosk in the middle of the Broward Mall 1 star Because whoever owns this business is losing out. The girl just walked away. She didn't say anything at all. Very disrespectful. Get a better crew.
Great service and choice of toppings for your pretzel or pretzels. Fast and friendly service. Either eat in or take it with you.
I love the pretzels always but, the order need to be cheaper on a small sift drink. I end up buying a bottle of water. instead of soda. And I think $2.69 for a small is kinda much and ridculous.
I have been 'taken in' twice. The smell is so good. And love soft pretzels, but when you buy one: DISAPPOINTMENT. Grease dripping and no flavor. Really not good at all. One soppy mess.
