Went to get the 2 for $6 sandwich that was advertised & they said they don’t do that. Ordered anyway. The place was dirty, I was sticking to the floor. When I got home, opened the box & I had no top bun on my sandwich!! Never again!! Done with Arby’s!
Employees that work there a very nice but there is especially one down to earth loving person his name is Denzel . They should have more people just like him. Go in meet him he's very nice.
You know when you see those crazy videos online when a customer flips out on the staff.... Well this location really can explain why people lose their cool with incompetent employees. They were rude and deserve poor treatment based on their actions or lack there of. They have no sympathy or kindness in their souls. It's a complete disgrace to the human population to know individuals like this exist and Arby's condones their actions. Just go to another location if you want Arby's....
The staff is horrible. It took at least 10 minutes to recognize that I was there. Two were monitoring drive thru. I went to try the new burger the staff ruined my experience
I got that new burger <----- small for a reason.. A McDonald's double cheese burger is about the same size but more juicy!!! McDonald's has trash burgers but they are better than Arby's dry a$$ burger! The sauce is nasty and made my experience worse the fries were old and stale. I can't wait until my body expels the little bit I did eat!!
Drive thru packed so went inside. It smells of Bleach yet the place is not clean. Doors are filthy. The Bleach smell is extremely off putting. While I waited to order literally FOUR people came back up to the counter because something was wrong with their order! Every employee looks like they're there under duress like the look prisoners have. They're all sluggish and looking like they're dazed and confused! This Arby's is a dive.The only reason I gave even 2 stars was because despite the poor attitudes and service the classic chicken with extra mayo and the crinkle fries were absolutely delicious! Although the chicken only took up 50% of the inner bun's space. Still good tasting and plenty of mayo.Would I recommend this particular Arby's? Only if it is the only one you can go to.Sorry Arby's but with food this good you can certainly provide proper training and encourage an inviting environment for your patrons to visit.
Me and my daughter visited Arby's on Saturday (4/9/22). The experience we had was outstanding. The Shift Manager Travis was very polite, professional and went beyond the call of duty to make sure our visit was amazing! I know working customer service jobs are not always easy but he made our visit so wonderful and such an ease breeze!!! Also, the quality of food was great too.
I'm a pescatarian so I don't eat meat other than seafood and I come here to get their fish sandwich made on Hawaiian bread. This was a really good sandwich the customer service is mediocre you ask for a couple water you get a couple water type of situation. They do not go above and beyond and I have yet to see anyone over the age of 20. Overall it's Arby's
First time at Arbys and I’m so glad I choose this one. The driver thru customer service was amazing. I left there a few minutes ago and before I reach home I finished my shake lol. I order a number 11 with Mac n cheese(ommggg so creamy )medium strawberry lemonade and half and half vanilla chocolate shake. Everything was good. Had no complaints. Thank you to the guy that was in drive thru. You were extremely sweet and patient. Wish I asked for your name so I can give you a proper recognition
The fish sandwiches are my ONLY "go-to" when it comes to Arby's. I don't eat meat but that spicy fish sandwich is nice. In FL, University & Sunrise Blvd workers need customers service training is sorely needed. Franchise owners beware!
