Everytime I get here after 1am the workers are no where to be found and I never get my food. I work night shift and just want some food when I get out but it seems that after 1am, even though they close at 2am, I can't get a simple meal at this location. I just sat here from 1:15am to 1:45am waiting and now have to find something else. This isn't the fist time with has happened and now I have to find another place to eat again
3rd review for this particular Wendy's location. And it is the third one star review.Looking at the menu board while in the Drive-Thru a junior cheeseburger deluxe is listed at $1.19. This is the only item I ordered, and I couldn't understand the total when it was read back to me. Pull up to the first window and I'm told the total is $2.39.Have taxes gone up that much? And then when I mentioned that on the menu board the sandwich is listed at $1.19 the bright eyed bushy tailed Wendy's associate basically gave me a blank stare and shrugged her shoulders. I suppose it was a sign that I don't need fast food.
This is the 2nd time we have given this trashy truck stop Wendy’s a try. The fries were cold when they claim they always have fresh crispy fries, we also asked for cheese on the fries which we did not get, we did not get any of the sauces we asked for, our cokes were completely flat and our burgers were cold as well. We will never be going back.
Went to the drive thru. Waited 5 minutes then pulled around to the window. Made eye contact multiple times and this woman never told me that they aren’t serving or anything at this time even though their sign on the window says their store hours are 6am-2am. A simple gesture saying she can’t serve me would’ve sufficed, but acknowledging me multiple times and not bothering to speak to me. That kind of attitude doesn’t belong in any place of business. Sad that this is normal nowadays in food service locations. Complete disregard of courteousness and morals.
9:45 p.m. 1/2/22 i had a door dash pickup. The two people working there never attempted to speak through the drive thru mic or when they saw me parked at there drive thru window they ignored me and kept being on their phones. I waited for more then 20 minutes then left. Don't accept door dash pickups or place orders here.
Crew members are very slow. The line is always wrapped around the building, nobody here has any sense of urgency. Only fast food place in the area along with McDonald’s
My fries were cold. There was way too much salt. My cookies were not fresh. My burger was not fresh. Get it together. You are in busy commercial area. The food should always be fresh to order. I was just passing through because of a backup on I-4 after 11:00 a.m.
Waiting in line for 20 minutes with one person in line at 915 pm what gives . Every weekend I come here and the service sucks on my way to work. Get it together people
Signs says they are open until 10pm. 7pm they are locked up tighter than a prison.
Stopped in this morning to grab a breakfast sandwich and Sprite to calm my stomach from a new medication that was making me nauseated. The lady who waited on me was extremely patient and kind. Thank you to her for her kindness. The food was very good as well.
