I know there is this stigma about Waffle House and it's people, BUT we just went and the food is VERY affordable priced, we just had the BEST service from Ms. K. Our cups stayed full, she made us feel good about eating all our comfort food! The food we delicious ? it came out quick and fresh! 5 star service with 5 star food and 5 star affordability!
The food was ok. The location is good easy access to get back on the Interstate if you are traveling. Only thing we were seated by the bathroom. But they were packed. Service was fast we got our food quickly. Would visit again because it was hot food, served fast.
Kayla was my server and she was amazing. So friendly, and in a good mood even when she had a mess to clean up. She takes pride in her customer service you can tell. 10/10 will come back for not just Willies cooking, but for Kayla too!!!
I went there on Sunday morning March 13th it was packed but the whole staff got us seated quickly and our server Kayla was amazing fast funny and kept our drinks full which is one thing my husband looks for in a server. Overall an excellent experience will definitely be going back for the awesome food and awesome service.
The food was great, the service was awesome, our waitress was on point, and the price was very affordable. There was no long wait for our food to arrive and the place was packed. One of my best experiences yet from this waffle house.
The food it's great, but there is a girl, that I saw,she literally does some of the nastiest things. She literally over filled the cup of coffee then the costumer complained about it, so she said she will fix it grab the cup of coffee walked behind the counter top DUMP some of the coffee on the floor!!! Walked back to the costumer left the cup of coffee and kept on taking orders with out even cleaning up the mess she made!! She just kept walking over it!!!
AMAZING costumer service , came here after midnight madness at the strawberry festival! it was so packed out we were attended in a timely manner! very fast & great costumer service. Everyone working tonight have so mcuh effort great job!!!
I saw a post about the smell of weed coming from cars out back where employees parked, but in my humble opinion, they were probably smoking some good stuff from the amount of love and care cooked into my food! It was hands down the best breakfast I have ever had in my adult, heck, entire life! (Sorry Mom)... I gladly waited for them to finish their smoke session out back at arrival in anticipation for an egg, bacon, and cheese sandwich on raisin bread toast, with a side of home fries. I actually was able to customize my breakfast sandwich which wasn’t even offered on the menu, but I can’t recall exactly what I got. As I sat down waiting, I noticed that the cook and the lady working tirelessly on her tables had more team chemistry than Tom Brady and Mike Evans. It was like a perfect symphony only Mozart himself could’ve crafted. The beautiful lady poured me extra coffee while I was waiting on the phone, and she even asked, since I got food for 2, if I wanted extra Waffle House sauce! Of course I did! That’s the best sauce this side of the Mississippi! If I could give them unlimited stars I would, it was probably one of, if not the best experience of my life. I wish my Grandpa was still around to hear about this experience, as he was always big on Sunday morning diner breakfasts! Thank you Waffle House and praise the good lord! Love you!
Food was great and the customer service was amazing. Even my 12 yr old son kept saying they are so nice here. We need to come here more often. We will definitely be back!
