I was expecting a long, hungry drive home to avoid eating gas station food.Saw the Taqueria Hernandez trailer and knew this was the place.I ordered two steak tacos and two pork sausage tacos. I could hear the tacos sizzling and the meat being chopped while I waited. A few minutes later there it is.The meats were flavorful and cooked well without being overcooked. The dressing for each was a bit of red pepper, some avocado, a side of sauted onions and some greens. Fresh, crunchy, great flavor, flavorful meats wrapped in a still sizzling taco.My go to place in the area.
