Let me preface by saying that as a service worker myself, I NEVER write bad reviews. I understand that service workers are human and no one is perfect. However, my experience here was appalling. I’ve never had anyone be as openly and audibly RUDE and HORRIBLE as the woman at the window today, who also seemed to be a manager or something.The way she treated me was seriously insane, when nothing had even gone wrong except for the fact that maybe I didn’t hand her my credit card as fast as she would have liked. She should really go to into a job where she doesn’t deal with people if she hates dealing with them that much. At least the people on food seem to know what they’re doing, since that was fine.
VEGETARIANS BEWARE!!3 times now ordering a BEAN burrito at this location (supposed to be vegetarian according to the menu) only to find meat inside all 3.Just a heads up. Check your food before you leave.
Went tonight, about 10pm, the young woman at the window was STRAIGHT UP RUDE! First, long nails like that require GLOVES when dealing with customer food. Second, she rushed my order and I told her twice I wasn’t done yet… she didn’t care and the second time completely ignored the fact that I said I have another addition to the current order… I wasn’t even there 2 minutes ordering… finally, at the window, I ask her for a receipt and she says, “the receipts don’t print. We have none.” And slams the window shut on me.My order was incomplete, I don’t know what I was charged for, and I ended up having to go to McDonald’s for the 3rd persons food because I couldn’t stand to go back around to be treated so poorly again.I understand it’s late. I understand it can be a struggle to smile, or be patient and kind when you don’t want to be there… but the patrons are the reason you’re still open… you can practice patience and kindness.This is the first time I have been so disgusted by the service at this location. ??♀️
Your service and food suck. I’m pretty sure Hellen Keller, Stevie Wonder and Ray Charles would do a better job than the crew you have working there now.
These people have THE WORST customer service in the industry! When I called and asked why they put crispy chicken tenders on my chicken soft Tacos instead of the normal shredded chicken I got hung up on. Called up there a second time and asked to speak to a manager, the guy refused to give me his name, yet claimed to Be the manager. When I asked again why they put crispy chicken tenders in the chicken instead of the normally shredded chicken, they hung up on me again. I'm now on my way up to the store to have a chat in person ?
If you want your order to be correct do not go here. The food is Taco Bell, it tastes like Taco Bell. No complaints about the food. I have never once gone to this store without them either ignoring customizations or straight up leaving items out of ylmy order that I paid for. Doesn't matter if you order in the drive thru or the app. I've talked to management, filled out surveys, and talked to corporate and nothing has changed. It's been this way at this store for well over a decade. At the very least you need to thoroughly check your order before you leave the drive thru if you want a complete and accurate order.
I’m standing in the drive through right now wanting to order and I see the employees inside playing around and talking and ignoring the drive through customers. This is ridiculous!!!
This location had consistently incorrect orders. 9/10 times, something was made wrong. Even classic menu items with no customization
Service was great like it always is. The cashier was super sweet and helpful.
The food there ain't to bad if you really want some really fast food.
