I spent $11 for a burritio supreme meal. The meal included the burrito, a taco and a drink. It's a terrible deal!!The burrito was probably the size of the taco and had a fraction more of the fillings, plus I added $.50 for additional ingredients!I will not be returning because I can get more and better quality for my money at any locally owned and operated Mexican restaurant in Plant City!
Worst Taco Bell in the world.If you get something and plan to eat it don’t go here they will steal your money, and will always get your order wrong or charge you wrong, If your missing something In your bag even though you ordered it THEY WILL NOT GIVE IT TO YOU. Extremely rude and the manger can’t even speak English.
Just opening my Taco Bell Grande order to find my plate with more than half of my nachos missing; mind you, I picked my order personally; so no delivery driver or anything can be blamed for this.Not only that, but each time I come over the nachos are always extremely salty (unlike the TB on Redman), and I’m always missing an item or two.Worst Taco Bell around
This is the best taco bell in plant city!!! Even though they only have 3 people working all of the food we ordered was accurate and very delicious. And the Staff is always friendly even when customers are being rude.
2.24.22 - received 5 roll ups instead of the 6 ordered. Your record of getting 50% of my orders wrong is still holding strong over the last year. I'll say it again: please train your servers to double check the orders.I even tried to order from the app and pick up at the counter, to save the usual hassle of having to pull forward to wait for the order (why why why do we have to do this?), and then having to come back inside to get it fixed when it's wrong.
My experience was very much like how you would expect a professional business working in the food chain to be. Service was fairly quick, order was correct and employees were respectful. All in all it's a good place to stop and grab a bite to eat.
There’s a lot a variety of healthy meals at Taco Bell, more than at McDonald’s or Burger King. I Especially like to get my meals with beans which makes me feel more healthy than your average hamburger.
Best customer service experience I have had at any fast food service. The order was verified and correct including condiments everytime I went. As a healthcare provider, I really appreciate everyone wearing their mask CORRECTLY as well.
Recently, this store has been doing a great job. Before Covid, our orders were consistently messed up. Now, they have been doing a great job and have brought themselves from 1 star to 5. Not sure if a new manager took over or staff has changed.
I felt like I was experiencing a taco for the first time again- delicious! The customer service was fabulous and the food was fresh as can be!
