It was a very long wait to get the sandwiches. There was some families that left because the wait time was just too long. I wanted my sub toasted but was told because of the wait time they needed to wait to toast the sub. In the end...I didn't get my sub toasted (which Iwould have preferred. They were also out of banana peppers (my understanding was not just on the bar but they didn't have any there at all). They would have to pull one of the 2 workers to address drive thru or those coming in for pick ups. They really needed to have 1 or 2 more staff members to handle the lunch rush they had.I tried the Oven Roasted Ham & Turkey as a meal. It was pretty good. I would have preferred it toasted. My wife had her usual Italian B.M.T., My son had the All-American Club & my daughter had the ham sandwich kid's meal. The food tasted good the biggest reason for the rating is the wait time.

Just look all the negative feedback and they're almost all related to the same ongoing Management problem!!!I've been coming here for almost 20 years but I had it with the jackass managers attitude here at this Plant City location and I'll make sure me and my family don't come here NO more !! there are many other good restaurants around!!?!!
This place is absolutely horrible. I ordered sandwiches on the app, when I went to pick them up it was completely wrong, no toppings, no condiments added. The manager or who I think was the manager was nasty and had an attitude and did not apologize for the inconvenience after I got home to realize there was nothing but bread, meat, and cheese on the sandwich. His excuse was they are short staff but that has nothing to do with correctly reading the order and making the sandwich that the customer is paying for. After asking for a refund, he said he couldn't do it and that I had to go through the app. He would not give me his name as I was walking out to call corporate. After calling corporate and apologizing that this happened. They stated he could have given me back my money. Every where is short staff, its how you treat your customers to make up for the mistake is what matters.
Staff is wonderful and they make big sandwiches fill them full such nice place best subway I have been to in a long time !!!!
Update your hours. You close at 10 now, not 11.I was craving Subway man. ?
The food was great and the customer service was better! Great experience at the plant city store today around 11 o'clock.
Ordered online for pickup, when I arrive the Manager sain it's only 2 of us. Waited and when got home the bread was hard. Won't be eating there again.
Servers were friendly and accommodating with my specific requests when making sandwich. Dining room area was clean as well as restrooms.
Ordered through drive through you couldn’t even see the sandwich for Mayo all over the bread and not in the sandwich did not put and of the toppings requested it was basically bread soaked in Mayo very disappointed had to throw it in the garbage thanks subway
