I'm giving 0 stars the location, but I'm giving 5 stars the kind lady who helped me; her name is Ms.Iris.I went into the Subway on Park rd and I4 to get me and my kids some breakfast this morning. I stood at the counter for about 5 minutes waiting patiently and quietly for someone to come out and greet us. And just before I walked out the door this little, tiny old woman about 80 years old comes around the corner carrying trays of food in her hand to be put out for fresh sandwiches. Moving slowly, she took our orders and helped us check out. I gave her a cash tip and put it directly in her hand and just before I went to leave, I said to her, "Now don't work too hard!" That's when she had told me that she had been there since 9:30 last night (it was 9:45 in the morning). I turned around and I said " Excuse me? You've been here for twelve hours?" She said " Yes ma'am I have. All of my coworkers have called out. I'm hoping my coworker that's scheduled for 11am can come in so I can leave."My hope is that she leaves whether that person comes in there or not. I also hope the right person can see this post and bless her in some way. Btw, her name is Iris.
Unbelievably slow, the nice ladies were doing their best, but not able to keep up with a lunch time crowd... I have a finite amount of time to get lunch, in an area with several choices... this won't be a choice...
Awesome place to eat at. The breads, meats and cookies are always ?% fresh. I highly recommend everyone to eat at the Subway in Plant City on Park Rd off the I-4.
The people are very nice. They try to take care of you quickly. And everything looked fresh
Staff could be friendly. They act like it's a hassle to prepare the sub.
I thought this was new steak. It wasn't the greatest. On top of the bread that tasted pretty stale. Quite disappointed. Not as expected.
I asked for extra mayo. Worst decision made ever.

Thought I would eat something before going grocery shopping. Otherwise, I'd buy out the store. I had the 6 inch Roast Beef on Wheat. White American Cheese, topped off with the veggies I like. They have inside dining and curbside pickup. You can place your order online for pickup or dine in there. The dinning area is kept very clean. Tables and chairs are cleaned after each customer has left. Sub prep area is kept very clean and all staff wear masks. Plexiglass is in place for your safety and health, as well as theirs. Friendly employees.
Staff is always friendly....great customer service, which nowadays is a rarity indeed.
