I placed a order via app on 6/28/22 for a coffee and a tumbler that said was available. I get to this location located my coffee and asked where my cup was. I was advised they didn’t have the cup available and the app always says they have certain things when they don’t. Ok cool understood. Two baristas attempted to process my refund for the cup they were unsuccessful and that’s when i was greeted by Shelby. I told her i knew this wasn’t her fault but i feel that something needs to be said about the app and most importantly they need a way to call the customer when they are out of something. I was advised i will be receiving a store credit and also “i have completed customer service training so i am aware what you guys want “ i was taken aback by the response and she also said “if you don’t like my answers call corporate because this is above my pay grade” I have never dealt with such horrible customer service. Starbucks you need to do better.
I gave it a 3 but not because it's not delishous. But because everytime I go to any of the Starbucks lately especially in the afternoon they are out of things. Dark roast oh we stop making it after 5. Or the sandwich we are out of cheese. Or the dragon fruit drink we are out of the dragon fruit etc. Never experience that in the past but now every single time I go there is something Or 4 things they are out of
They were freindly and quick enough. But it wasn't that busy inside so they are probably slow when it's busy. They were friendly because the cashier seemed polite when I asked for two sets of free plastic silverware. I ordered an iced coffee because I felt bad for getting free stuff and not buying anything. I realized I needed one anyway.
Always get through the line super fast and always spot on with my orders. Can’t say that for other Starbucks locations. This is my favorite store! Keep up the great work(:
The staff is very good at getting the orders correct. They are very open to making customized orders and getting the orders correct. I do not like the parking situation at this location. The drive-thru traffic interferes with being able to park.
I love this place when I walk in the greet me by my name good morning it’s Jammie everyone’s always friendly great smiles on their face even wonder so busy they really got a awesome crew and great customer service
I bought a grande wht chocolate mocha latte, I recieved a cup of hot milk!! You can't make these mistakes on a $7 latte. Absolutely horrible will never go back to that store, I'm in Plant City all the time for travel baseball.
bro why does my drink look like the dollar store version of a strawberry acai. like i love starbucks but really. customers are not dumb to not realize how careless and disappointingly you make things.
I used the online app to order when I got to the store there was a line out to the road and they were not allowing people inside. The app specifically stated inside pickup ready in under 10 minutes. I couldn’t wait over 40 minutes to get the coffee so I tried to call and cancel. Couldn’t cancel because no one answers the phone and there is no voice mail. Also no way to cancel mobile order! Horribly disappointing and now I’m out my money as well!!
Great products but they seem to be out of straws a lot ?♀️
