Is very slow on professional.. And the sad part is they will see you standing in line.. And won't even acknowledge that you're there.. One of the managers came from the back.. Fixed her something to drink.. And went back to what she was doing and I know she seen other people standing in line... So when the management is sorry the team is sorry.. And this happened on a Sunday the time was 4 o'clock PM
Unfortunately the drive thru took a long time but can't really blame the employee waiting on us. It appeared she was doing several jobs at once. They may not had enough employees to cover the busy store. But my drink was still good!
This Starbucks has always been the best I've experienced.. until recently they've never made my coffee wrong and that was by app way early morning.
Very crowded as usual but this location is a bit of higher quality and quantity for the price and location.
Best triple expresso with 10 pumps of caramel with cold sweet Cold foam on top! My absolute favorite go too drink
Do not go here. This is a busy store and every time I come they have only 2 people making drinks. Today I ordered a açaí drink @ 8:04 and I got there @8:20 and the girl was like it’s not ready! The store on BBD is less busy but man they have their drinks out in less then 10 mins. It’s just ridiculous how slow and uncaring this store is. Just don’t go( find a different one unless you order 30 mins ahead and take the risk of your drink being cold or melted in the skin chance they make it faster.
Employees here are quite snotty and rude. I had to wait 10 minutes for a single black coffee and there was no one even in the line. When I asked if they wouldn't mind just pouring and handing it to me the girl starting showing hostility towards me. Nice. Stay classy starbucks.
They craft beverages well and their food is good. Most of the employees I've encountered are jind but my order is most often wrong. When i explain what it was that I actually ordered I end up disagreeing with the employee because they're not seeing at the order clearly and tell me what I know I ordered is wrong I'll request a drink and have it done a certain way for weeks and then have an employee tell me that they can't make the drink, it's not made that way. If I'm paying you and I'm making a request, not trying to change the menu why can't I have it the way I enjoy it? I'm a paying customer.
I've never been to a Starbucks slower than this one. It was easily 30 minutes to get my drink through the drive-through, and we were 5-6 in the line. No apologies, nothing.On the upside, the drink was good. They must have ground the beans by hand. There is no other reason for it to take that long.
I would have given if 4 stars but it is such a pain to get out of. Getting in is no problem though but good luck finding parking. Have been several times and it is the same thing over and over again. The staff is super nice and they are pretty good about getting orders right and quickly.
