Honestly it never changes, the staff is an absolute nightmare. It's like you inconvenienced them by ordering. I just don't get the attitude every single time. Like once in a while, okay fine, we all have bad days but if you are having a horrendous day every single second of every single day I don't think this is the right type of job for you. At the end of the day it falls on management and above to ensure employees aren't like this and clearly that isn't being done. Unfortunately it makes it hard to go to this location at all if we ever decide to again. Time after time it's the same rude thing and why would I spend my money here when I can go somewhere where the employees at least try.

TERRIBLE SERVICE. I ordered the “$8..00” box. Three tenders, side, biscuit, drink and apple pie. The tenders were the smallest tenders I’ve ever seen. Then we get home and found NO apple pie. This was a total rip off!!!

Very upsetting of what I received the biscuits weren’t even cooked all the way I don’t even think they put butter on them that whole chicken was completely bad a whole piece we could not eat the rest of the chicken was terrible the fries were hard and cold I ordered a 10 piece family meal and did not receive not one breast of chicken And that’s what I mostly ordered whitening they didn’t inform me that it was gonna be mixed but I did not receive no breast or dark meat

Ordered a 3 piece tender box for $5 online and paid extra for sauce, ridiculous. Picked up via drive thru. Girl at the window lacked any common courtesy, I told her I had to three piece box she gave me the box and rushed away from the window I had to honk my horn to get her attention and ask for my sauce, she then said "you don't have a drink". I did not ask you for a drink I asked you for sauce that I paid for. she said that's extra, I told her I paid for it, maybe if she checked the order she would have known... And then when I finally got home to check my order it was a two-piece chicken instead of a three piece tenders, lousy lousy customer service. Get your act together or move along.

Went through the drive thru. They asked me to pull around and wait 5 minutes. I waited 15 and then went inside. They had forgotten my order, so I told them what it was, got home and it was still wrong. I understand the labor shortage and it was a busy Friday night but still......

Terrible service! rude employees! How does any respectable restaurant constantly be out of chicken tenders! 3 separate times now they have been out of chicken tenders! Who ever the dip-s*** managing and placing orders of this place needs to be fired!!!! Excuse my French, but my wouldn't hurt my feelings if this placed burned to the ground and was replaced with another chain!

Staff was very rude, we ordered two chicken tender boxes and got chicken thighs instead, we returned to ask for our order to be fixed. My autistic son did not see the fries in the box so we asked for fries as well, then a staff member very rudely yelled at me for the fries mix up, which then scared my son. He's now crying in the car, never go to this Popeyes. Not to mention we did not get our apple pies or biscuits, which come with the box meal.

Very rude and unprofessional staff. Watched them chase off 3 potential customers due to pure laziness. They pick and choose who can order in. I ate in. Next few people came in got kicked out.. yelled at “drive through only!” Of course they just left. Another guy walked in and ordered. It was kind of hilarious to watch.This location can’t be doing well.

HORRIBLE staff the would be rude to customers and put them on hold because the customer might not have understood the way they worded something or their options. The way they talked to employees is ride as well and it has a HORRIBLE review/reputation PERIOD
