They parked the truck to unload all their product in the drive thru so you can’t drive thru, and when at the window which I had to reverse to , they wouldn’t serve while 3 employees are outside talking to what I’m assuming are friends . Wanna get paid to not work
So Popeyes in general is not known for their speed or customer service but this location has hit a new low. My 89 year old father was threatened with a call to police because he "spends too much time checking his order before he takes it home". This is necessary because of the at least 40 times that I have picked up food from here, only once or twice has it been correct. All my dad wants is want he paid for and nothing more. The female African American manager is always rude and cranky but this takes the cake. So be careful checking your order for accuracy, They might call the POLICE on you.
If you want all of the food you ask for at the mic, I wouldn’t go to the Popeyes on park rd in plant city. Even after checking my bag at the window and requesting what THEY left out of my bag, it’s a problem. Every employee that I have came in contact with has been so disrespectful. I come to this Popeyes at least three times a week, due to not having enough time to go else where only having a 30 min lunch. Every time I go, there has been a problem with them not giving me everything I have paid for. I will not be coming back to this piece of cramp location. Popeyes, DO BETTER BECAUSE YOUR LOOSING LOYAL CUSTOMERS!
Love that chicken at Popeyes lol This place is great service is good food is awesome this is awesome and you get your food fast I always come to this popeye it's the best Manager Cindy always has a smile And always makes you feel at home.
Nice for a change but prices kinda high because so much alacarte. Food good not impressed with cleansiness could do much better
5 stars because they’re a million times better in customer service and overall quality than the other sketchy Popeyes in plant city on Alexander. Make the drive to this establishment. Friendly and wonderful employees.
Went through the Drive-Thru and ordered. Four or five vehicles in front of us but a short wait. Best of all they got the order right and complete the first time. As for the food, it's Popeyes chicken done well.
I ordered the chicken sandwich with coleslaw very good price was also affordable I will definitely be good back.
Overwhelmed, underpaid and overworked employees, they could not keep up with the service at noon even when they tried. The food wasn't bad, just average Popeye's food, no complaints about that but poor employees.
Its tasty but the sides very small .They should cook large chicken pieces w bones longer .
