I usually don’t write these kinds of things seeing I used to be in a customer service job and know things happen .I have to say this was the worst example of customer service I have ever seen or been apart of . We have a large family , so eating out for us can cost a lot . We use the McDonalds app because of the deals we can get . Today we decided since the kids like McDonalds to get food from this McDonalds . We ordered a head of time through the app , and pulled into a spot , then put which spot we were at as well as finished the order . We sat there for 30 minutes , then my wife decided to go in and see what was going on . Right before she left to go in another car pulled up in the carry out lane . Oh did I say the whole time we were waiting there must have been 20-30 cars go through the drive through . My wife was inside for at least 10 minutes , then I see her coming out without order , carrying drinks , and food for a family of 7 …..by herself !!!! When she got to the car she told me how messed up it is inside , and that no one knew what they were doing . We get the food home and start to eat , we found that our buns were As hard as a rock , which some of us couldn’t finish or even eat our sandwich . Because this is big chain and McDonalds will always have customers a loss of one customer doesn’t bother them and can afford it . I will no longer be eating at this or any other McDonalds ( which will break my kids harts ) !!!!! I know you don’t care , but you lost a customer that has been a customer for 40+ years !!!
Every single staff, especially the manager run this particular store like they have their head cut off. Waiting in drive thru you can easily spend 1 to 2 hours just waiting to order food and it’s not because it’s busy. Many cars leave because they are tired of waiting. No one wants to do their job. How have they managed to not run this store to the ground? Who knows. I blame the managers for not doing what they need to keep this store running smoothly while on their watch.
We waited twenty minutes and never even got to place our order. They were too busy fighting and yelling at each other. The customers in the lobby were getting a great laugh from the cussing and carrying on but soon lost their smiles as the endless wait progressed, the yelling continued and the service stopped. It seems the only customers that matter in the fast food industry are the drive thru ones. If you go in, you will regret it. The tables were filthy, the garbage piled up, floors were nasty. I was surprised that so much was wrong at once that I decided to take my business elsewhere. When I do have to go to McDonald's, it won't be this one.
This is the worst McDonald's i have ever been to. I arrived at 9:55pm and left at 10:42pm in the drive thru. No apologies from manager or employee. I used my Mobil app. so i couldn't leave without losing my money or i would have left once i was able to get out of the order spot, which i was in that for 15 minutes. Ridiculous
Absolutely disgusting. A filthy store and nasty attitudes from staff. I can physically see employees with their hair not in nets being played with and all in the food being cooked. Took 30 mins for them to even get a happy meal out with dine in. They are serving already opened sauce packs in kid meals. This is not the same mcdonald that I grew up on and its a shame.
This location is a joke. It’s only gotten worse since the remodel. The employees don’t want to be there, have zero work ethic and no desire to pick up the pace. I sat at the drive thru speaker for 10 minutes and finally pulled up to the window and asked why they weren’t taking orders after they took 3 in the other lane. They said the battery in the headset died were changing the batteries for 10 minutes and still working on it…there was no apology, they didn’t try to take my order, only met me with attitude for not contributing to wait at the speaker so I left.I also DoorDash at this location and make it a point to avoid them if it’s not worth it because now that they have a wall hiding them they’ve become 10 times slower getting not just delivery orders, but all orders out. I also have majority of these customers I deliver to state something is missing. The bags are sealed and we cannot ensure all items are inside so we put our trust in the restaurant.Poor customer service all around. Clearly I’m not the only one who feels this way. Do better. You’re better off going to Thonotosassa or County Line ?
Ordered curbside, knew there would be a wait but 20 minutes was beyond unreasonable. The ap sucked me in to try it out only to fail miserably. I ended up having to go in and retrieve my order while staff hung out at the drive through area.
This was the most pleasant experience in a McDonald's drive-thru ever..there was a line but it moved Super fast...everyone was very friendly and attentive.. I had to pull forward for my order and waited a whole minute if that..had the pleasure of having the "boss" hand me my food and she wore the biggest brightest smile...super great way start the day..thx morning crew on 03/03 you all rock!!
Terrible customer service all around that’s only worsened since the remodel. The amount of time I see people waiting and getting annoyed because of how long they’ve waited is absurd. As a dasher it’s worse for us then the regular customers as though we aren’t picking up for already paid for food long before we arrive to get it. The staff is rude, they never apologize when it’s necessary and just lack customer service skills. Whoever is in charge of this location should have put their money into more training then into a terrible remodel that put a wall up so customers can’t see employees just standing around. Yes, it’s an assumption, however the slower speeds and lack of employees up front indicate my assumption is correct.
bland and overpriced for the subpar hit or miss mostly cold food the McDonalds as a kid have better flavor and more buck those days are gone or my tastes have changed
