Just did a mobile order pick up. My son wanted to try KFC. We haven’t eaten there in years. Picked up my order. The restaurant staff was working so hard. They were friendly. And our spicy Chicken sandwich was awesome! I don’t always do restaurant reviews. But the service here was exceptional! Cory went out of his way to make it memorable. Highly recommend the Plant city KFC!
No seasoning on fries popcorn not fully cooked .. Guy at register was rude n disrespectful.. My bag all greasy from the fries all un bag n greasy popcorn dripping from box sitting sideways..btw it was 840pm so i understand not much left .. I asked for fresh fries n popcorn ..didnt get guy came out. With order less than 3mins it rakes 4mins for fresh .. I tried calling back in immediately no answer ..didnt see a manager in there either ..
It’s a shame you don’t have a half star. The food is nasty and the customer service is even worse. One specific employee name Bri was extremely rude to the car in front of ours and even worse taking our order. She was being rude to her coworkers and even rolled her eyes at them. IUnderstand that it’s a hard time to find good employees. But I am sure you could find a better one than someone that is going to be rude to your customers
Employee tried rushing us to order like she had something better to do, chicken was overcooked and coleslaw was watery and had no taste.. biscuits were horrible if I wanted bricks I'd have went to lowes... yall need to fix your problems
They remodleing and it was a night mare i dont wish any one go there i was in line 1/1/2 no no no
First you have to order online you can't get the food inside after a lot of begging we were in a big truck that can't go on drive through after all of that we got the chicken it was great
Every time I go can not complain on the food awesome.
They gave us uncooked biscuits! You could see the dough. Everytime i go to this location it’s always a problem! Smh to the workers !!

Kfc spicy chicken sandwich is great the fries are to salty couldn't eat them give them away nobody would eat them loaded with salt
