I had a representative of Hungry Howie's Pizza (Ron Chapman) visit my place of business on 6/7/2022. He was offering a corporate plan that would give my company discounts on large purchases and somewhat of a tailored experience. This gentleman was professional and even a bit funny. Needless to say I was impressed with him as well as the plan. I even suggested that he visit with my brother than runs a local business close to me. My brother indeed signed up as well. I have always been a fan of Hungry Howie's Pizza but never for corporate functions. That has changed thanks to a very professional visit from Mr. Chapman
Their all you can eat bar was surprisingly good. It looked small but was packed with plenty of options. I had a salad, pasta salads, veggies, pizza, pasta, and dessert and everything I had was delicious. The staff were friendly and helpful- as were other customers and the building had some interesting features if you like to take pictures. It's sort of too bad I'm not near this restaurant and probably can't go more than a couple times a year at most.
About a year ago I gave a not so nice rating based off an in person experience I encountered. HOWEVER, I have to admit this location has recently stepped their game up. Over the last year we been ordering from Valrico but recently their pizza has changed and not for the good. I told my husband I was ordering from Plant City tonight and he asked why ? well after our food arrived he understood. So much yummy cheese NEVER skimpy my kids love it. THANK YOU for bringing back good pizza…!!!!
It was my first time enjoying the buffet. Really clean and the food tasted great and was fresh. Definitely will return!I’ve ordered delivery before but after their representative Ron Chapman came to my store with a couple pizzas and salads for everyone I had to check it out. Ron dressed sharp and really sold me on returning to a buffet atmosphere. I’m glad I followed his recommendation.
My favorite pizza - fast, great prices and great pizza. Ron is awesome on delivery - funny and kind. He deserves 5 stars every time!
I ordered my food to get delivered. I called beforehand whenever they were on their way and they told me that he wasn’t going to be at my place until 15-20 after the call ended. I told them to please contact me if the driver can’t find the location. I waited patiently and the driver didn’t even try calling me. The tracker had said completed so I called and they told me they left it outside the porch. I went outside at 12:30, mind you I’ve been waiting over 2 hours for my order, and nothing was there. I asked my neighbors and they all said they didn’t see no driver and on top of that no pizza were left outside nor was anyone awake due to all lights being shut off and our neighborhood being a tight knit community. I know for a fact they never found that trailer # due to our trailers having different #s associated with them even though we all use the address the landlord gave us. I called at least to get a refund and who ever handled the call was being pretty rude and said there was no way they can give me my refund. I don’t understand how this company could ever be considered a family restaurant when they treat everyone as just another person to tend to. “Great customer service”, what a joke.
Awesome Restaurant and By Far One Of The Best Pizza Buffets In Plant City. The Staff Is Very Amazing and Excellent I Couldn’t Give Anymore Words Of How Welcoming Everyone Is At This Location and I’m a Proud Customer Of All The FL Howies Locations I Look Forward To Having More People Visit That’s How Great The Food Is Here. I absolutely love the incredible people that work here very awesome people they do a lot for the plant city community and I really do appreciate them from what they do around Plant city and the businesses that they have helped Ali and his father do an awesome job. Tyler, Luciano, Rachel, Karina , Mariah, Mariam, Karissa, Kourtney, Alejandra and the others that are here to keep the business in the good condition it’s in truly need to get a group photo for the front of the Buffett bar.
Our first time eating at there buffet. When to go pay my total was 31 dollars . I asked the lady why it was so much since my 2 year old eats free . She charged me 3 dollars for my daughter drink . She go on to tell me she didn’t charge me for her food just her drink . Like as if she was doing me a favor. When clearly she eats for free . So I asked for the manager since she didn’t wanna refund me the money for my daughter. It turns out she the manager and I guess she makes up her own prices . So I ask to speak to the owner who happen to be there he refunded my money and told me that they don’t charge for my daughter age . I would give them 5 stars but since the manager not very professional I’m giving a 3 but the owner was very nice
This is the BEST pizza Buffet I ever ate! The pizza had lots of Great toppings and was the best! The buffet had a lot more items than the regular buffet has. Soup, salads, desserts etc. I eat there twice a week! AND the cost is only $10. Another very important thing is the waitresses are constantly cleaning and filling up our drinks. You just can't get any better anywhere!
