Horrible experience. We ended up walking out before ordering. The employees move around in there like sloths, even the manager. They left us standing at the front counter for several minutes without acknowledging we were there. Then an employee came to the register and just stood there. I asked if we could order now and she rolled her eyes at me and mumbled she guessed so. I said I didn't want to cause her any undue stress and she said they were just busy. There were only 3 tables being used in the dining room and one car in the drive thru. So as to not cause her anymore stress, we just left. This is not the first time I have been there and gotten bad customer service. I am not sure how they stay in business.
Wait time was a bit too much but they always have the best burgers of any fast food
After getting my grandson's allergy shot stopped in to pick up lunch for the kids and my daughter. We went through the drive-thru and placed our order and once we got to the window the employee informed us that the bill would be a total of $22.22 and then the young lady informed us that we would have to wait around the corner on our service because our chicken tenders were not ready as of yet so we had to move out of line. But I guess the wait was worth it cuz the grandchildren and the daughter were happy with their meals
Love their flame broiled burgers. Head and shoulders above Burger King. Took a bit to get my order but I'd rather wait for it to be hot and fresh anytime.
Went to the drive through for dinner but the very nice drive through person informed me there wasn't any beef in the building and no lids for the drinks. Chicken tenders were cooked to order while the fries were ice cold.
Tried the biscuit and sausage gravy delicious I always just get the sausage biscuits it's all great ? thank you.
Fast service even with 3 employees on staff, prior I went to burger king and they had 7 people and couldn't take a drive thru order. Hardee's is the king here in plant city
The hashbrown was hot. Paid 8$ for 2 biscuits with 1/4 a piece of sausage and even less ham. Won't go back
Window lady nice, but burgers weren't fresh!
Awesome food everytime but they've been out of napkins and straws for like 2 day come on y'all
