Someone needs to learn how to chop up a salad.Huge pieces of meat and lettuce. Very disappointed in the quality of lettuce. Brown and tough.I’ve had very good salads before at this location.This time was a big disappointment.
It was pretty good ive had better and alot more food for the price too i spent 30$ on a tiny bag of chips a drink that tasted like cleaning supplies and a medium sandwich that had stale bread very little meat almost no cheese and it tasted like it came out of a microwave this was at 11 a.m.
This was nothing like the meatball sandwiches I have got there before it had a weird taste ended up feeding it to the dog, one bite and I was certain not even the inflated cost of delivery could make me eat this without getting sick Door Dash Delivered this then when I submitted this same review they refused to post it . Why? In my honest opinion it is for the revenue loss. Door dash and services like that charge outrageous fees and the people who are homebound and forced to use them are at their mercy. While most things that are delivered are quite good, there are some that are not and this was one, I used to frequent Firehouse but after this experience I shall not do so again Caveat Emptor!
Unusually slow from my experience although the sandwiches were delicious as usual
Plant city where great ideas go to die. The coke machine with all its flavors is the best investment in this restaurant the pickles a close second both delicious! No room for how bad the subs are!
Sat on hold for more then 15 min and listened to a man’s hole life story instead of taking my order and no one cared to even do anything for the inconvenience. I had to call back to give them my order or I wouldn’t have ordered. Poor management in my opinion.

Just left here around 7 pm. Got home to a lousy stale breaded disappointment. When you're spending 12 dollars for a sandwich you expect a good sandwich. You can't hide stale bread by toasting folks, just so you know. Bad enough the BUCS lost to the Rams.?
As always the sandwiches was fresh and flavorable and in very timely manner.
