One of the staff named Leslie gave me the best service I’ve had in a restaurant for awhile. She made my family and I feel welcome, giving much personal attention. All the staff was good. The food was excellent and the manager was very friendly. Most restaurants in these times late in the pandemic are short staffed and have terrible service. Fazoli’s is a shining exception to that rule.
First time at Fazolis and had a great experience. Michelle took our order in a timely manner. She was very kind. My boyfriend loved his food. Only giving 4 stars because the broccoli and chicken in my pasta was a little salty, other than that everything was great. Better than Oliver garden to me.
I went to Fazoli's this afternoon about 4:50 and just order some breadsticks to go like I always do when I work in Plant City whenever I got home in Lithia when I grab the first one and took it out of the bag it just went sagging over so then when I report another one out of the bag same thing so I called Fazoli's up complained about my breadsticks with nothing but butter soaked bread I've always loved their breadsticks ever since that place opened up when they closed during the pandemic I was upset then I found out they reopen when I just have to go to Plant City I was so excited and going there for the last 3 weeks until today. So I'll call the store and talk to Mrs. Michelle she's an awesome manager she listened to my concerns and my complaints so now I'm going back tomorrow because she's doing the right thing and taking care of me the right way I never thought I would give fazoli a bad review until now. Whoever's Bright Idea decide to serve over drench butter Styx should get the the opinion of your consumers not your Cooks thank you Mrs Michelle and I will see you tomorrow afternoon
We came here for dinner tonight. The service was excellent. The prices are amazing, plus they send out coupons. Everyone was so kind and accommodating. The food was great! Good portion sizes. Well run, and under great new ownership.
There were lots of delicious vegetarian and gluten free options for our family. The gluten free pasta is made from potatoes and rice, which was a great choice for our kid with a severe wheat allergy. We drove here from Brandon and were very pleased with our dining experience.Michelle and all of the staff were very helpful and friendly.
We've gone here since the reopening and last time was a much better visit. Today the cashier (Delilah) charged my daughters for their water cups, she said she asked them what size they wanted so since they said small she charged them for a beverage. I asked if she could refund the difference since they are only going to drink water and she said there wasn't any way to refund it. She didn't offer to get a manager or try in any way to make it right. Very poor customer service, disappointed with this location, not what I'm used to with Fazoli's in past visits both prior to the reopening and after. Someone from management needs to contact me so they can understand and better train their cashiers to handle all situations or at least get the manager if they don't know what to do.
I ordered a baked lasagna which was burnt and hard. I also ordered a kids meal spaghetti it did not come with a drink. I asked the lady she told me a drink doesn't come with the meal I had to pay extra.
We went here a few weeks ago and our salads weren't with our order when we got home. I called the store and spoke with Michelle and she urged me to come back so she can correct the mistake. Tonight my son and I went in ready to pay for our food but asked for some extra breadsticks of course (as a replacement for the missing salads). When our order was bagged I tried to hand her my card and she told us no. And she was sorry for the mix up.. we will definitely be going back!! Thank you so much Michelle you're amazing!! Amazing customer service!!!
Not going to lie, went into this place expecting the worst. The food was so good, honestly better than Olive Garden for a fraction of the price. We all enjoyed our meals much more than we expected to. The staff was great! We’ll definitely be back!
I'm so glad to see Fazoli's becoming more common in Florida. A midwest novelty. We went last night and the food and service was great!
