What is going on here? Let me guess, staffing issues? This Sunday by 9am and there has been other days as well, that a donut store had like 3 flavors of donut. Sold out of everything. How does this happen?
Ordered 2 BEC croissants and the cheese wasn’t even melted. It looked like a plastic square of cheese just sitting on top of egg not even melted. The sandwiches were barely even warm. Come on DD, do better.
As a reviewer I have to say that this DD location was disappointing. With no one else inside the store, I waited almost 5 minutes until someone came over to take my order. When she did, she just looked at me and said nothing. No "good morning" no "may I help you". My order was an iced mocha, (which was good) and two sausage wake up wraps which were horrible. Looked and tasted like they had been sitting out for days. I didn't realize this until after I left the store and was on the road. Definitely not one of the better DD locations I've been to..
It's o.k. at best. I don't get the fascination. The drink they gave me had holes in the cup and literally drained out in my cup holder. Sour Dough toast was burnt to a crisp and donuts were stale.... 20.00 down the tubes...

Today I went to grab a few donuts for my family for breakfast. I ordered 4 donuts pulled up to the window and heard the cashier ask for the donuts I ordered, which were then handed to her in a bag by another employee. I was then handed the bag and I started my trek home with what I assumed was 4 donuts in the bag.....Well thats what I get for assuming. I get home to find one of the donuts (specifically my son's) was not in the bag. So I got back in the car and drove back up there and informed them I was missing a donut, which the employee running the drive thru did not even hesitate to fix. Its important to note the lady running the drive-thru at this location is the only bright spot she is always nice (sorry I cant remember her name). When I pulled up to the pick-up window a different employee is standing in the window with a coffee which was not mine. I informed her I was getting a donut that I did not get earlier. She turned around grabbed the bag and handed it to me. No I am sorry, no nothing. I pulled forward to look and make sure the donut is right (I learned from my earlier mistake) to find the donut with frosting, is upside down in the bag. Which if course meant half of the frosting was missing from the donut. At this point I was done and just scraped it back on the donut for my son.If this was the first time incident I wouldn't be writing a review. I have been going to this location for a few years and I would say half the time something is wrong with the order I make, for example: Not getting creamer in the coffee I order, not getting decaf when I order it, not getting the right size coffee, among other things. I have even waited 5 minutes before being greeted while picking up a mobile order that wasn't ready (which is usually the case when I order mobile at this location).I have spoken with the DM and the Store Manager at this location more than once. The problems never get fixed. The solution in the past was the store manager offering a free sandwich, which to redeem I had to come into the store and tell the cashier that it was free because the store manager said so.... I have given this location tons of opportunities and I've literally wasted money doing with the amount of wrong orders I have had here.
I go here several times a week and while my frustration is mounting I won’t give up on this place just yet.Please teach your employees how to properly enter people’s orders into the system, there is no reason I should have to instruct someone through how to ring up a plain croissant add bacon 3 times a week.
Always fast but when asking for hot lattes, the cup is not full even with the topping. Sometimes lucky 3/4 full. Not consistent.
I asked for decalf, explained to the employee it was for an elderly woman who can't have regular coffee at all because it could give her a heart attack, they made the coffee, gave it to me, I asked again to make sure it was decalf, he shook his head yes, and when I gave it to her she took about 3 drinks of it, and started shaking, it was regular coffee, I wouldn't go to this dunkin doughnuts if you want what you ordered. They obviously don't care. The girl who took my order got it right, but the man making the order didn't care what he gave me.
