Very convenient location for those living in the Plant City area. However, this location has some downsides. The staff was very slow and uncooperative that the manager did half the things during our visit. It was a busy day though. The food and decor was normal like most Culver’s. Will not go back to this location again.

Great food, would of got a 5 star but for 3 basic meals(value meals) it was like 31 dollars and some odd cents. Usually has a long line. Buy other than that it's a great place.

I just visited this location to get desert. I ordered a small vanilla concrete mixer. It's been good each time except for this visit. The receipt reads 9:25pm..5/20/22. When I ordered, I asked what toppings were available. The young lady provided 3 separate different ones and then said 'its on the menu'. I wasn't pleased with that comment. That's not the way to speak to a customer..at all. This person needs to be trained to share with the customer what IS available. I am happy that this franchise offers military discounts and will return because of this certain desert I usually get but the employees need to be trained better.

The restaurant was really nice, the service was excellent. The burgers are just the right dize and very juicy and fresh. The custard style ice cream was to fie for,znd It wasn't crowded at all. There was plenty of Parking. But what ever kind of oil they use on the flat top, it doesn't agree with me.

First time here and it was pretty decent. My buddy got a deluxe butter burger and my daughter and I both got spicy crispy sandwiches. We all enjoyed our food, although I kind of wished that the chicken patty was bigger(Popeyes size preferably). Spice could stand to get a little hotter also but still better than others that are out there. Fast food will be fast food.

My last visit was alright! Ordered fish sandwich, coleslaw and tea! Fish sandwich was hot and good! Tea was good! Coleslaw was disappointing because it was not cut up correctly! The pieces were so big, I couldn't eat most of it! I did get a bite or two! LolOf course I didn't open the slaw until after I left! So, the gas would not be worth to take it back!Things to improve, bite size pieces, not whole leafs!Thank you!I will try again!I still recommend this place!:)

Food was really good. It was hot and tasty. I had fish. It was good. The coleslaw was delicious and the fries were hot. I would give them 5 star but their prices are ridiculously high. My 2 fish meal and a drink was almost $20 for lunch! Go figure.

My husband and I just moved from Tampa. We love going to Culver’s and getting their amazing fresh hamburgers and service. Unfortunately, not here in plant city . The times we have gone in the evening the service is poor. The ladies always have a horrible attitude and the last time our order was incomplete.

Compared to other Culver's their is trouble brewing here and corporate should step in NOW before this franchise has to be closed! There is a quality control issue and staff are slow and somber at best. Visited location 1-20-22, around 1:30 pm, party of 3 and all ordered the fried fish dinner. Fish was hot and crispy for 2 of us and the other while hot, had un-cooked batter on the inside. Fries were warm and at borderline of acceptable. Slaw and roll were good.First Problem was the somber staff, no smile or greeting, just may I take your order. Food to table was a little slow and staff member was also somber and unfriendly. Upon leaving, there was one staff member coming in from curbside who did smile and said thanks for choosing Culver's.Compared to other Culver's, this was a real letdown! The prices are a bit higher at this chain but we come for the great service, excellent fast food, friendliness of staff and most of all the feeling that our business was earned and appreciated.Reading the other reviews here, it is obvious that this location has some issue's with staff and consistent food quality. It seems apparent that this is a management/owner situation as employee's will perform to the expectations of the leadership they are provided. One final note, this was the first restaurant I have been to since Covid began where not one staff member could be seen wearing a mask. This is my hometown and I hope this location will get back on track and start to meet the high standards of this corporations goals for quality and friendliness.

Made a quick stop here between baseball games at a field nearby and my son really enjoyed his butter Burger and his cheese curds for lunch. How although the food was good it cost about $12 for what I call basic that to each their own and he enjoyed it
