As great tasting as the food is, the service is horrible. They're super friendly but seriously understaffed and that makes for an unpleasant experience. Adding to the location, we rarely visit here, and when we try to, 1 out 5 times, we actually get to order.
Chicken was over done. We arrived at around 4, but it appeared to refried chicken from lunch. Staff was great, chicken was horrible.
About 2 weeks ago I Stop at church's chicken In Plant City There was 2 people in the store that I could see I smiled at the girl who was walking to the counter and I said hello and she looked at Me grabbed something from under-the-counter and just turned her back and walked away and I thought that was so rude she never even looked back so I waited there another 5 or 10 minutes nobody asked me if I needed help or anything so I Left and went somewhere else I just have to say I expected more from Churches chicken
Church's is Church's. It was as expected. I had the bacon chicken sandwich and it was ok. Hubby had the usual fried chicken and he said it was just ok. It was not the best that day. It didn't seem freshly cooked.
Great service, but I didn't get my Biscuits in my order..
Church's chicken is my favorite chicken. It's century located here in Plant City. The staff is always friendly, curious and they try to get your order to you as soon as possible.
Terrible experience!! The manager was clueless she couldn't even answer my questions. No customer service experience whatsoever. Absolutely not going back there for a long time.

Good Chicken..... very poor customer service,,,,,,,,,,,, very slow....... inside and drive thru......phone is always busy so you cant call in orders either........ needs a total shake up top to bottom been this way for years,,,, totally amazed they stay in business..
This was a great restaurant I visited in Plant City great customer service. Everything was fresh and hot. new management team.
