Well, all good things must come to an end. So excited to have a Chick fil A in PC and it has been great UNTIL today. The service has literally gone from GREAT to NOT Great. Went thru the drive-thru (as I always do) with a mobile order and the girl who came to my vehicle basically didn't have time to be bothered. So by the time I got to the window, they couldn't find my order. I order online so I don't have to go through all of this nonsense. Nobody really seemed to care about customer service, I was told to pull up, which I was not very happy about. Also, when I got home we noticed our 12 piece nuggets were shorted, one only had 10 nuggets and the other had 9 nuggets. DISAPPOINTED...
Worst experience ever! I've been giving this location many opportunities to fulfill my hunger, since I'm not the kind of person of leaving bad reviews this would be my first. This Chick-fil-A is probably the worst I've ever been too, every time that I order the same salad (which is the Spicy Southwest Salad w/ Grilled Filet warm) they get it wrong! Either it's the wrong salad, or it's not the right filet etc. This location don't even deserved a star. They need to change on how they're training the employees or maybe the management.
This was my first and last time visiting this location! I thought this would be quick since the line was not long (I was third). First the young lady couldn’t take my order as her equipment was off line!! Ok, it happens sometimes! Instead of asking someone else to take my order she fiddles with her device. Meanwhile, the other line is quickly proceeding with orders! As I move up to the speaker to place my order, she says “hold on ma’am! I can take your order”. I ask her when will that be! She finally calls one of her four coworkers to take my order. I give her my complete order twice!!! Deluxe combo no cheese, extra pickles and honey mustard with lemonade no ice! I finally get to the pick up zone for my food and quickly look to see no honey mustard, just regular and no extra pickles on my sandwich as twice requested!! No way I’m going back because now the lines have doubled!! Oh well, at least the fries were hot!!
I work in food industry, don't blame the whole chic fil a for a badly ran shift.First and second shift are probably the best because they are used to having alot of customers at one time. I hate seeing people having bad reviews at this location because out of the 5 or 6 times I have been here with my family, it has always been super fresh and super hot and delicious!! This location is about 20 minutes away so I only come when I'm in the area.
By far the worst chic fa la, I’ve ordered here 4-5 times and NEVER received good service or food. I kept thinking “they are a new location, it will get better.” But had only gotten worse. Just ordered 2 large fries and barely got 1 large between the two orders. R.I.P this location is poorly ran.
I've never eaten at a bad Chick-fil-A. It's like Disneyland for chicken sandwiches. Everyone who works there (at any random location) is always happy, helpful, and wearing a smile. All they need is a rollercoaster and a log flume, and maybe a mascot dressed like a cuddly waffle fry.
Zero stars!!!! Absolutely worst chick fil a ever!!!! Fill up soups and yogurts only half way. Hash rounds always cold and never full. Chicken mini biscuit hard. Orders are never correct. Today I went and paid for my order on the app, had a receipt. They would not give me my order. I now have to go to abother chick fil a. Horrible customer service!!!! Stay far away from this location.
horrible customer service. food is sub par at best. paid for an order on the app, had a receipt, they refused to give me my order saying it didn't go through on their end and I would see a reversal on my credit card in a few days. unacceptable! every time I have been to this chick fil a I have had problems. do yourself a favor and drive to Brandon or valrico! zero stars!
Ordered 4 pc chicken strips meal, got spicy! While waiting on my order I saw it on my receipt and tried to change my order. More than 3 people ignored me and finally when someone did stop they just looked at me like I was crazy. Another employee asked what was going on and the employee that I had stopped said, “she didn’t know we only have spicy chicken tenders and she doesn’t want them.” Then asked me if I had tried them and I said yes they are really hot and upset my stomach, I can’t eat them. Was so embarrassed I just took the food and left. We come to plant city several times a year and I will NEVER eat at the Chick-fil-A again!
Finally got a chance to get breakfast at the new Chick-fil-a here in Plant City and it was well worth the wait. The employees and management were really awesome and the food was very good. I can see why that facility is so packed everytime I go by it.
