Started with a bad drive through speaker. Neither side could understand the other. Wife went to order at walkup window. Checkers use to serve a decent beef hotdog. Now they are like the chain store specials (99 cents per package) mushy and bland. 9 year old refused to eat hers after 1st bite. Wife only at 1 of the 2 she ordered. My Chili Burgers were really ugly little micro burgers squashed together like they were prepared hours earlier. All with raised prices.Nice huge drink.STAY FAR, FAR AWAY!!!!!!!!!
Made me wait 20 minutes for a $25. My large fry was missing; I go back through and they give me a small fry. I ordered a large loaded fry and they gave me a regular sized loaded fry. I asked for some honey mustard and they said they would have to charge me. There were no utensils for my loaded fries nor sauce for the mozzarella sticks I ordered. I will be calling and complaining every single day until the people and/or manager are fired. You are not the only people on the planet with high expenses to pay and ordering this was a treat.
The best Checkers ever! The food is always so fresh and hot, and the customer service is top tier. They get cars through the drive thru so quickly!
Dine here regularly. They are always short staffed and always busy. Only complaint would be new girl taking orders in drive thru was a bit shorthand kept cutting us off before we placed our whole order. Other than that they took forever to finally hand us our food at the pickup window and none of the employees seemed to have it together or know what the other was doing at the time. All in all though, I dine here regularly and you can't complain too mu h considering the late night hours they are open and they price on the food. For the value and quality you get in the food you can't complain too much
Ordered a burger and fries today 2/17 and the burger was cold. There was a tomato on burger but was not fresh and was the very top cut portion of the tomato. Not happy or with the $10 meal for lunch. I’d give no stars if I could.

Drinks are always nasty , cheese never be melted on the burgers , and let’s not get started about door dashing from y’all Do better
Ordered at the drive-thru the girl did not know how to enter their promotion so she got her manager. manager completed the transaction and handed me my credit card and the ketchup packets covered in what I assume is pie glaze which is completely disgusting, after she wiped her mouth. Checkers you owe me dinner, from another restaurant plus my full refund to make up for this disgusting situation. plus my lunch that I threw up because of this filthy mcnasty
Food is mediocre at best. Burgers are very bland and chicken tenders were not crispy at all. Only thing it has going for it is it's open later than most other fast food places.
