My wife and I just had our 5 year anniversary dinner here, literally just left, and we are so full and satisfied. Our server, Steven, was very nice and knowledgeable, the food was excellent, wine and dessert were outstanding. We had a small issue and the manager went above and beyond in remedying the situation. Outstanding food and customer service, would be back again if I didn't live 1000 miles away.

Food has always tasted great here. They might want to lighten up on the salt a little. I had the Chicken Marcella and it was really good. Two people in my group had the mezzaluna (ravioli) and he loved it. My favorite is the Pollo Rosa Maria and the Chicken Bryan, both exceptional. The bread is fresh and if you like margaritas; the blackberry margaritas are really good. If you get a meat dish as the main course they offer pasta as a side. Service was also great.

My young man wanted to take me for a date for mother's day. We shared a wonderful combo appetizer w lasagna entrée. The food was fabulous. The waitress was perfect for usMs Maggie made the whole experience even more special for the both of usHe cannot wait to take me back again with hopes he will have the same waitress. He hopes this time to have room for the buttery cake berry desert ?Menu is already planned. It was a blessed experience for sure

So disappointed with the service and food we received last night. Let me start by saying I’ve been conscious and patient about the issue with staffing and completely understand the challenges. However, that had nothing to do with our experience last night. There were 3 hostess's, at least 8 servers, and 5-6 in the kitchen. There were also many empty tables (I assume to reduce demand). We were grabbing dinner so we could get to TGH to visit a family member. We called ahead and were seated within 5 minutes ?. We ordered our meal at the same time we ordered our drinks as we knew what we wanted and knew that should speed up the process. We received our salads and bread? fairly quick. And then we wait, and wait and wait. Finally, about 35-40 minutes later I asked how much longer we have to leave. A few more minutes pass and we realize we won’t have time to eat. We’ll have to get it to go. I get up tell the manager to have ours prepares to go. Five minutes later we get our food…..$59!!! When we finally open our containers we were even more disappointed. My husbands sirloin Marsala…had zero Marsala sauce on it. The fettuccine was dry and was supposed ti be a double portion. My Pollo Rosa Maria has maybe a tablespoon of sauce and the pasta had about the same. Maybe there was a shortage or maybe this was intentional because we were frustrated and left…peacefully I might add. Maybe that was the problem? Either way, the food in photos below is not worth $60. And it’s does not represent expectations for a Carrabbas.

Awesome food !!! It was on point. Hailey was on point.

The food and servise were great. Priscilla was our server and she was sweet and attentive to our drink refills and overall a delight. We enjoyed the caprese appetizer, hot bread with oil and seasonings, filets, and fresh spinach with garlic and oil. The mashed potatoes and alfredo were delicious also. We go here every few months but tonight was extra yummy!

We went for the first time this evening. Our server Tiffany (I believe that's her name, sorry if I'm wrong...she's been in the biz for 17 years) was extremely professional and well versed on everything. She is very attentive and pleasant. The food was delicious and the price was a surprise. We would've paid twice that back home for half of what we got. We will definitely be back. Thank you Carabba's. My new favorite restaurant!!

One of the worst experiences ever, my wife and I were celebrating and I ordered their most expensive ribeye steak $30 and ordered it RARE and it come out medium well.... First off if anything cook customers steaks under cooked because it can always be put back on the grill, but to mess up a RARE STEAK you have to be a rookie cook or you really just do not care about your job or do not enjoy what you do. Our waitress was absolutely amazing and most people would reflect the cooks mistake on the waitresses tips but I made sure to tip her well because she was amazing and the cook messing up is not her fault. But when a $30 STEAK is messed up and has to be thrown away and most restaurants would have their manager come talk to the customers but that did not happen. So if your looking for a great steak I definitely suggest you do not go to this Carrabba's. The mixed drinks were great and all the other food was great, it was just the steak ? that was terrible ? THE MANAGER DEFINITELY NEEDS TO BE MORE INVOLVED WITH THEIR CUSTOMERS.

Server dropped soda glass on our table splattering everyone with drops of soda, then chuckled and said "at least it didn't spill!" and stood and watched as we tried to dab at our clothes. Steak was overcooked (grey throughout for medium-rare) lasagna was served luke-warm at best, ordered veal but served chicken. We didn't eat and sent it back, called for the manager who stated not to worry about the bill like he was doing us a favor as we left hungry to go find a decent meal elsewhere.

Always good eating and welcoming atmosphere
