They are real rude rude in this establishment tourist stay away I’m not from here and i will not give no Burger King my money ever again here or home. I feel so sorry for the owner to have workers that they have to pay who don’t wanna work. Custom service was terrible I will not spend money and be talked to like a child. If food fresh and good I doubt it but I can’t review the quality of their food however warning go across the street if they didn’t get the staff away from there that i experienced. There was no one there even to be so mad and unfriendly OMG ruined my day

The most absolutely horrible experience ever at a Burger King....That Chick-Fil-A across the street is gonna eat this place alive.. .1 star just so I could review......15 dollar minimum wage for minimum Brain's.

Do we need to make a reservation? We were the only car in line and one car was in the parking lot. Still we were told to please wait. Waited for Almost 10 minutes before they took our order. Get with it Burger King! McDonald’s has probably 5 times the traffic and get their customers served and on their way. It’s called FAST FOOD for a reason. A total of 18 minutes in a fast food line with nobody there. 4/01/2022 1533 hours.
Stopped here after work, asked for a large water no ice. They charged me full price for a soft drink just for the cup which is whatever but this is the water I got. Does that look like water?? Went back around the drive thru waited for 10 minutes and nobody was anywhere to be found. This place is disgusting. I’m nervous to eat my burger.
I have been a customer since this location opened. I have used paper and App. coupons both in both in dining and drive through. On this occasion the cashier could not get my digital coupon code to work. Along comes the Manager of the personality disorder dept. and lectures me on the difference of corporate and franchise locations and what they do and do not honor. I advised that during the time spent of her dissertation she could have overridden it 5 times over. As this has been done before. That did not set well with Ms. Graceless and I have since found a competitor that likes my frequent visits and money. Let this not reflect on the young hardworking cashier. Imagine having a boss as cold as their fries.
When I am in town in Plant City I come to this specific Burger King. After today I will never step inside the building or even go to the drive thru. I was in the only person in drive thru waiting patiently to order for almost 15-20minutes meanwhile there are people behind me ordering who just got to the drive thru. I kept saying hello a few times over the intercom and no response until supposably a manager name Brenda if that’s even her name said” since you keep saying hello what the hell do you want to eat”. That is not how she should be responding to anyone. There is no level of professionalism. She definitely has a pouty mouth! So I decided not order after waiting 20mins. She is disrespectful and you should consider hiring a different manager. She definitely needs to go!
This is the worst place I have ever experienced. The manager is the worst and she is a park road deposit bc they needed ppl that’s crazy. This is the black side of plant city unfortunately
