This Plant City location on James Redman Parkway had a Fast Efficient drive-thru, food was pretty good.Not in the List Of The BEST Burger Kings I've visited, certainly not the worst either.Only complaint is little bit of a language barrier with the cashier.
It was awful I got in the car line waited in line to be waited on it was not moving got out of line went inside this store to place my order in the restaurant waited about 10 minutes, they were not waiting on the people in the store they were only focusing on the people in car line.Finally they waited on the guy in front of me and another guy and then made me wait at least 15 more minutes before they waited on me and some other customers was not friendly at all very rude lady that waited on us, the only reason I continue to wait was that I had some coupons for dinner for there for that night next time those coupons will not matter... Not looking forward to going back there again I should have went across the street to McDonald's..
Staff super friendly! Food usually fresh! Across from McDonald's, so we can enjoy our quick line while they sit and ponder food.
Burger king used to have a great taste and this is not it, and the service here is not what it used to be, and it is not just here but all the Burger Kings, sad stated of affairs and they do not seem to care
Went to get a whopper after working all day, the staff at the drive through window are always extremely rude! On top of that, they had no whopper patties. Will never eat here again! They just throw your food at you, and slam the window before you can even ask for napkins! That's after I waited in line over 20 minutes. Food is always sloppy and cold
Everytime I go to this location for breakfast, their food makes me horribly sick. Went there today and spent the afternoon puking my brains out! As much as I love BK, I won't be eating their breakfast ever again.
They were short staffed to the point so much they had to close dining room. They worked hard. Food was okay but DR so cold, literally we could see one another's breath when we were talking. They really need staff. Very sad
This Burger King never gets the orders right... ordered a Whopper with cheese, got charged, got a burger with no cheese. They also do not have a working phone number listed.
The wait time was a little too long in the drive thru this morning but at least the food was hot and fresh.
Worst service we ever had and not even apologize. Will never go back there.
