Went in to get my daughter a happy meal and right before walking i saw a posted note, "only accepting cash due to national coin shortage" went in and ask if the note was still valid and was told yes by one of the crew who seemed to be a manager. After walking out the same gentleman came and got me and offered my daughter a happy meal and also provided me a drink. Very outstanding crew and high five ? for the great deeds they do on a daily basis. That's my favorite restaurant from now on. This kind of act will never be forgotten.
Absolutely delicious food,we will definitely go to ARBY'S again we went through the drive thru, very nice employee who got us exactly what we ordered in a timely manner and our food was not cold plus did not make us sick. Give it a try, great food for your money spent ? plus your tummy will thank you
Parking is a little tight oh, besides that the restaurant was clean there wasn't a lot of people in there the food was hot and fresh and the cashier and manager were very friendly.
The Plant City, Florida location at the intersection of Park Rd. and South Frontage Rd. has quickly become a favorite place for my girlfriend and I to pickup a meal to go have a picnic at a nearby park.The Service and food are excellent and they are one of the few fast food restaurants that don't skimp on condiments, napkins, and straws !!!!
Went to this location about 30 mins ago - if speedy service produces such awful and poor quality food then I won't return . There is more cheese and sauce on this brisket sandwich than the two slices of brisket they put on it - definitely not a 7dollar sandwich - also got the French dip and the bread on it was as hard as a brick even after dipping .. bunch of slackers working ..
The drive through section was closed so I went inside. The employees were very nice and delightful! Unfortunately, the General Manager was there and he was not pleasant at all! He acted more like a McDonald’s manager than an Arby’s manager! He ran around like if it was extremely busy though it wasn’t that bad. All the customers waited patiently but the manager was yelling out names and getting impatient if they didn’t pick it up fast enough. No thank you or anything. Just horrible service on his part.
No potato cakes! Boo! Bring this item back to the menu. Not the fault of this store, I just miss them. All food was great!
Food was good, looked clean and staff was friendly. Hard to find during these times.. they where out of straws though
Went to this restaurant for lunch today. they did an amazing job!!! Since the pandemic restaurants are always understaffed and the service suffers. But this place got me in-and-out the quality of the food was great !! the most pleasant surprise was the great service!! keep up the good work..
Had the Diablo chicken sandwich. It’s was pretty good, not as hot as they make it out to be. No milkshake needed.
