I was passing through and decided to explore the town a bit because we had heard about the strawberry festival. Too bad we were 2 months late but we ended up driving by a few stops and Applebee's is always a good choice for the menu selections and the mix drinks that put you in a happy place rather fast. As we pulled up the parking area seemed decently populated. We walked in and were greeted and seated. The service was great and swift. My party had no complaints or needs.I hope you have a good time when you go.
One star isn’t low enough of a rating! I walked into Applebee’s around 9:15. Me and my family waited 15 minutes to even be acknowledged. When finally sat we placed our orders in. 45 minutes later we were given our appetizers yes 45 minutes later. It was a cold chips and cheese and cold boneless wings. We wanted to tell the waiter but didn’t see him after serving us our appetizers for atleast 20 to 25 minutes. After waiting almost an hour and twenty minutes from walking into the establishment we walked out. I left enough money to cover the appetizers. I would have asked for the bill but never seen my waiter again. Great job Applebee’s you failed again.
All messed up.We ordered the impossible burger & asked to substitute the fries for green beans. We also ordered the whisky bacon burger with no veggie mix & requested it to be cooked well done. We got 2 sides of fries instead of green beans & fries. The fries were all completely stale & hard to chew. The whisky burger was RARE & had pickles on it. The spinach artichoke dip we ordered was the only thing that came out decent, but the chips were stale & half were translucent due to being soaked in grease. We will never go back.

I have eaten in many Applebee's over the last 20 years. Some of my meals were exceptionally great and some were just Par. Todays meal was OK but the service was not so great. That is why I'm giving four stars. Waitress was friendly but never came back to our table after she delivered our meal. No Salt or Pepper on the table and we had to ask for condiments . It may be that they are still in Covid restriction mode.
The food and service was good. Highly recommend the impossible cheeseburger. Would be extremely difficult to tell it wasn't the real thing. Atmosphere is a bit dark and feels dated.
I have to give props to the chef and the manager that hired him.My wife and i had an absolutely awesome meal perfectly prepared accompanied by great service. The lighting is too dim to actually read the menu but great atmosphere. We used our cell phone to read the menu.It was an overall great evening
My experience was not a positive one. My husband and I ordered the fish and chips, the fish was about the same as the breaded fish in the freezer department of a grocery store, holding the fried grease in it's breading. The Cole slaw was terrible tasting and the tarter sauce was just as awful. The fries were not hot. We left very unsatisfied. We will not be returning customers.
Uber Order - but let's not blame the hour wait on the driver and his multiple stops - doesn't have the priority option.Let's start with the kids Chicken Alfredo was bone dry - No sauce. It was so cold the pasta stuck together. The rice with the Chicken sinner was crunchy and stone cold. There is always dessert, wring. The chocolate bite was missing, but the ice cream was received and melted.Very disappointed!Jackie
A sad experience. Was looking for a nice evening out. We were seated promptly. But after 10 mins of waiting, no one greeted us, let alone recognize we were wanting a drink or that we were ready to order. Table sat after us of course got recognized and started their drink order. Left for Carrabbas next door.
