Food was good. However took 30 mins from the time I ordered to recive our meal. Little slow for a fast food restaurant.
Food was fresh and tasty. We ordered 2 plates, 1 with coleslaw. Recieved 3 napkins & no cutlery . Very small portion size of fries

This is a good location. The only downside is they are a little slow. When ordering on the mobile app I am left waiting well past the time the app shows your order being completed by. Other than that, the staff is very friendly and the food is awesome.
Apr/9/22. Today was the first time we tried zaxby’s . We were very disappointed. The fryer oil had a fishy taste also the chicken had the same flavor. We ordered your signature chicken sandwich with fries. That’s the last time we will try your zaxby’s

Fries were not cooked. Chicken was dry. Very fast though but that's probably because I got someone else's returned food. Garlic bread not toasted. Who gives.someone coleslaw with nothing to eat it with. I knew I didn't eat Zaxby's for a reason, just couldn't remember why.
Went to the restaurant drive through tonight and the person taking the order said they were out of chicken sandwiches and chicken fingers would be a 30 minute wait. Why stay open if you are not going to have your main products. It didn’t help that she didn’t apologize and rushed me on my way. . I know restaurants are short staffed, but this was very odd.
Friday 330pm.Super friendly cashier.Ordered #1. Chicken tenders with fries and bread. Light enough for when your just a little hungry. Lobby was clean, seating still reflects Covid protocol.
