I usually enjoy Wendy’s for a quick burger. I live 2 minutes away from this location, which is the only reason I continuously ATTEMPT to order food from there. I try maybe twice a month to place and order here and I would say 70% of the time, their “system is down and are unable to take orders at this time.” Another 10% of the time they can, “only accept cash at this time.” It’s gotten to the point where after a month or so, I’ll try again and make a small bet with myself whether or not they will actually be able to sell food. I don’t know if anyone at a district level reads these reviews, but you need to do something. The level of business you are losing must be insane.
The attitude with the staff is disgusting. I come there everyday and tonight with the three lil girls in there was unprofessional attitude slick mouth again this a fast food joint u don't like ur job find a new one. I sat at speaker with line of cars nobody Infront of me or at window and had to ask them y has my order still not been taken I get to window service was sad all three employees standing in front I see y u have a line of cars the truck Infront of me was pulled off property and I'm still not even being asked for my order smh the shift tonight 10pm with these three girls I'll never bring my services back or my family
Loved that our grandson encouraged us to stop in and try the 4 for $5 bag and glad we did. I had chicken sandwich, fries, chicken nuggets and strawberry frosty. Absolutely delightful!
Usually fast and efficient which is the positive.Multiple times in the past month I've come here for a chocolate frosty (y'know, the staple of Wendy's) and they've been out every time, even as early as 7pm & 9pmGet ya damn frosty machines in order, the people demand it6/18/22 Update -Negatives: They’re out of chocolate frostys at 4pm, small cups and majority of drinks.Positives: I asked for a little extra salt and got 26 packs
Worst staff I have ever encountered! Food is great, but the girls that worked the shift of 6/12/22 between 7.30 and 11 pm...attitude beyond believe, and I was only picking up uber eats orders...twice... both times same attitude..plus second time around valitaded how I felt the first time watching the customers argue with the staff....I guess the manager was off...all I can say is...girls we are all in the same boat and if you don't like it go work somewhere else...
I found it very very unprofessional the fact that the sign outside the window says the dinning in opens at 9:00am and the doors are still closed 9:30am. Im stuck without a car so i cant go to the drive through, with the fact that i dropped off my car at the nearest Toyota for service. I waited for 30 minutes and just walked off across the street to "Burger King"... didn't expect this from Wendy's, (very disappointed).
This is the basic Florida customer service that is so prevalent here. These people have no concept of customer service. Of course you have to wonder if the owner approves?? Obviously I took my business elsewhere as did other people who TRIED to enter this lowly establishment,,but they are closed to walk-in customers. I tried even going through the drive-thru,,but was given the basic Shenaynay and Letwana service where they give u the nasty ghetto attitude when you ask any questions with regards to their menu. Moral of the story: if you want ghetto service,,,check this place out.
Gross. Ordered off Uber eats. The hamburger was cold and hard. As well as the chicken nuggets. And they took almost an hr. Yuk. I could have walked to to the nearest gas station and been happier. Never again
A little advise make sure you order your FREE cup of water before completing your order at drive thru or miss Wendy’s worker Lizzie will make you drive all the way around drive thru to receive your FREE cup of water. Please do not bother to speak to a manger as the manger stands next to her Wendy’s workers and allows terrible customer Service. This place is a joke ?♀️
The last 4 times I’ve been here they couldn’t complete an order for some reason…. This is what I was greeted with last time! Great job Wendy’s
