If I could give them a 0 star I would. We have given this location MULTIPLE opportunities by ordering from them. $30 for two meals plus delivery and tip charges, the meal should be done right. We didn't receive our shakes the first time around (they asked us to come pick them up after paying $4.99 to have them delivered plus $5 tip. The second time we didn't get our flatbread made correctly, they literally put NOTHING in them, just chicken, this last final time we tried ordering and they sent us watery shakes and no sides. This has to be the worst location I've ever ordered from, hands down.
I never write negative reviews but this is ridiculous. To keep it short, I just thinks this location needs new management. The food gets made incorrectly. The wait times are atrocious. Waited 20 minutes in the drive while at the mic to place my order without a “hold on it’ll be a second” or anything then another 5-10 after placing the order for two smoothies. Don’t know if theyre understaffed or just that the workers don’t like working there cause it don’t seem like it.
This is always a good place to go for food or smoothies. I love they're smoothies. They are short staffed however they get you served with a smile. One of my favorite spots to hit. Enjoy ?
I wanted to share...My order was not made correct, but the manager from the park blvd location, Laura, made it right and the food and smoothies were outstanding! I appreciated the managers customer service and will definitely continue being a regular customer!!!
Finally, a store that made my drink correctly the first time around; no waiting 15 minutes for it to be remade with attitude. This store was extremely clean and tidy with a nice size lobby. This store had a drive thru but you can go inside and order as well. The two employees I encountered were pleasant and friendly, unlike some stores I've encountered further north.
The line was not long (in the drive thru) but it take awhile to get our smoothies.But the guy at the window was so helpful I had a free smoothie on my app and I couldn't get to it. He ask if he could help and I gave him my phone. He found it right away scanned it and we were on our way!! GREAT CUSTOMER SERVICE!!!
On more than one occasion, the response rate at the drive through speaker is VERY delayed, specifically when there's no one else in the drive through line. I've had to go inside or park at the front to get someone's attention, after waiting 5+ mins at the speaker. Smoothies are alright, just the customer service could be significantly improved.
i ordered off of postmates and i got two sandwiches two smoothies and two of the edible strawberry straws but when it arrived all i had were the sandwiches one smoothie and one plastic straw when i asked the driver where the rest is she said that’s all the store gave her
Paris bak that works there, very unprofessional GM , nasty attitude get mad when its a rush hour. Always on her phone , get mad when you tell her about her self also very rude to the employees. That store can never keep employees because her mouth. A lot of folks been complaining about this young lady someone need to get her fired ! Please don't visit this LOCATION! Doesn't wear hair nets.
Went here and asked for turkey bacon ranch (no ranch, light chipotle mayo) got it wrong, went back to re make it and made it very clear no ranch and light mayo, this time it was drenched in mayo, told them about it asking if this is some joke, and they said they made it the way they’re supposed to, this place is garbage and won’t be returning!
