Don't know what happened to the place! Maybe we can chalk it up to COVID but wow what a disappointment ?Paper menu is not real menu, but code (code meaning, cell phone code for digital menu) on table doesn't match paper menu (different items and pricing).When we asked about a kids menu, wait staff responded with, "we don't have a kids menu".Paper Menu - no kids menuDigital Menu - kids menuOrdered potato skins, which we all know comes frozen before the restaurant gets them.Paper Menu - Cheesy Bacon Potato Skins $7.99Digital Menu - No potato skins mentionedPictures show the size of skins we received. Then we received half off by manager on duty (female). Then we get bill and we get charged for the bacon. And again, pictured is bill.Very disappointed in the place.Still after getting management for added fee for bacon, still not taken off bill. What a joke this place has become.I feel sorry for anyone working here half naked and serving customers this food. We still tipped her over 20%. Remember your wait staff, delivered the food, they didn't make it or price it.
Food was delicious. But I thought the bartenders were supposed to make it fun for you. I’ve never seen a group of wet blankets in my life. Not one girl smiled. It looked like a casting call for a Harvey Weinstein movie. It was the most depressing thing. If you’re going to have a restaurant like wing house or Hooters, the bartenders need to flirt with the patrons or at least smile or the whole concept doesn’t work. I can go to McDonald’s and get all the attitude I want for free
Walked in @ 5p on a Sat. The place was empty except for the 8 or so folks sittin @ the bar. There was 1 waitress & she took 10 min before even saying hello. Finally 2 more girls came on. Wings were good along w/the mushrooms. Tab a little stiff for that & 4 beers.Not bad just not eager to wait on ya right away.
Not too busy, nice staff, foods always ready, the only thing they've ever screwed up is making double the order&they just give it to you. My experience with them for my delivery job has been good with a friendly bartender to make sure you are waited on& acknowledges you rt away. They care here& that makes all the difference in the world these days.
Went here to eat with my husband after working and was told we could sit anywhere so we did. Sat for a couple minutes waiting for the waitress that told us to pick a table to finish at her current table of course to come get us started on drinks at least. During that time another family and their child walked in and found a seat next to the section we were in and the waitress literally went to serve them and skipped over us though we were there first. No acknowledgement or anything. Just flat out ignored us to serve the guest that seated after us. We left, I won’t pay money where there is no respect and courtesy.
I stopped in for some lunch take out. I got an order of wings. Got some ranch with it. I have to say the wings were huge and very tasty. I have to say just getting 10 wings was enough for a good lunch. Wait time wasn't bad at all either, and the bartender who took my order was very friendly and made sure I had everything I needed for my take out order.
Love the wings here, the only thing you always have to ask for ex ex ex crispy to get them fully cooked. The girls are okay. Wing House is definitely on the lower scale compared to Hooters honestly.
Whether regular wings or boneless, the sauces/rubs are awesome. Combine a couple for your own flavor choices. The servers are friendly and service was quick, even on the Dress To Impress night we went.

I have order ribs with barbecue sauce but no sauce on top instead i wanted on the side, and when it came out there was sauce on top and on the side, was funny but I said I don't want it so they can give it to me without the barbecue sauce on top, when they gave me a new order of ribs, I didn't see the sauce on top but when I got home the ribs did even have blood on it. And slightly burn outside, I like this place but I won't waste no more my time on going there. That was sooo simple just cook it. ?
