Update on my review above. I had to unfortunately give a one star rating because when I wanted to order food a month back 04/03/21 they would refuse to deliver it and they said it has to be under 5 miles to deliver and I was 5.1. What the heck is wrong with them. I tried to order online and it even said it was deliverable. When I asked them why they said gas prices is expensive. This is atrocious that they wouldn't do it. Just update it on your system before I grade you to 5 again. Will never do business again with them. But food was excellent. They want me to call the google company to fix it for them. It's their job to do it not mine. Sorry this is my opinionI ordered Sphagetti and tomato sauce, onion rings on Wednesday 03/03/21 and the guy delivered the food on time. The driver was awesome and the food was really fabulous. The other thing was that it wasn't better explained to me clearly about having staffing shortage on your business and unfortunately the grade of 1/5 is going to remain permanent until this is clearly fixed. This can be considered a false and misleading advertising very clearly to customers and it is also a bad business sense for consumers as well. As I explained to you the first time you ordered, you are outside our delivery radius and I can only make the delivery when I'm not busy. Unfortunately you called when I already had an hour lead time on deliveries, and could not understand why I wasn't able to lose 1 of my 2 drivers for over 40 minutes for one order. As a business owner you never want to say no to orders, but they have to make business sense. P.S. Unfortunately the online system does not route orders by distance, and I often have to cancel them for that reason. I've spoken to google about this issue and unfortunately there's nothing they can do about it.
Placed an order and over 2 hours later never received it despite getting a message that it was out for delivery. I called and the man said he closed the order out assuming it had been delivered but that the food never got made. Why offer online ordering services if you are not following up on them and just assume they went out? Terrible service and complete lack of caring that my family waited over 2 hours just to still have no dinner.Update-i see the owner's response however after 6 days of not receiving a refund I had to contact paypal and report it. I received an immediate refund once I did that but only after contacting paypal.
The Pepperoni Pizza was delicious and hot, my two favorite combos in a snack. The house salad however, is not a house salad at all. Lesson learned, make sure you read the description and don’t assume what’s in it! My fault completely…it was romaine, a behemoth portion of green olives and Parmesan cheese. Salad was odd but pizza was very good. Everyone enjoyed the pizza.
The pizza is AWESOME get the square cut to keep the incredible amount of toppings on your slices! Best local pizza I have found. Staff is awesome too fun & friendly. I will be back & frequently too!
We have been going to this pizza restaurant for years my ex new the previous owners and my son's no the owner that is there now. Their food has always been excellent their garlic knots are excellent the pizza is like New York Pizza, the meatball parmesan heroes are excellent everything on their menu is excellent we've had it all since 2013. I have to say that Andrew took the order and was such a nice gentleman that it was a pleasure to call for takeout or delivery and have someone be nice for a change he definitely deserves a pat on the back and so does his crew on cooking. Truthfully can't say enough about Andrew he was so very very nice. Definitely is our families go to place for any kind of food that they serve. Thank you Andrew.
Amazing food, clean restaurant, great selection and prices, incredible owner! if you are in the area, make the trip, you will not regret it! Honestly the best pizza I've ever eaten!!!!
Have been going there on a regular basis, sometimes with a large group. Food has always been good and served hot or cold as should be. Andrew is a great guy and likes to make sure you are happy with your experience. Prices are fair too.
I never got to eat any of their food. I walked in to try this place. I was the only one in there as a customer, waited for 10 minutes and decided that's way too long for you not to take my order. I did manage to take a peek in the kitchen area and noticed the individuals back there were handling the food without gloves plus I was looking at the individual who was supposed to take my order and saw that he has more hair on his knuckles than I did on my head. That's why I gave him two stars opposed to one because I'm not sure if I just grossed myself out.
I’ve ordered from The Pizza Joint a few times. I’ve had their ravioli, the garlic mussels, calzone, & burger. Everything has been so delicious. I, now, have my mom and husband hooked lolGreat food, decent portions, & good prices with fast delivery.
I'm from Philly and the cheesesteaks are spot on. We get them regularly. Recently tried the eggplant parm sandwich and it was pretty good as well. Definitely our go to spot for a Philly cheesesteak though!
