Was over charged by about $4.00 and I normally wouldn’t care but I was annoyed because I was told that the cookies were 2 for $1 and then I got 4 cookies for my kids. I brought it up after I saw the total bill and they told me they can’t give a refund without their manager their. Could be a simple mistake but if they can run a store without supers they should be able to do refunds. I will never stop here again.

Thefood is very good, definitely fresh. The staff is helpful and friendly

They don't have the veggie patty at this location. Subway finally made it vegan and now it's not at every location!

Our experience was very nice at this Subway. The employees that served us was very good and our sandwiches to perfection.

Came here for a half of sandwich and cookies. But sadly I could not get cookies because of how they were currently storing them. Sandwich was great but next time I'll go else where.

How on earth is this Subway still in business?!? On December 8th I placed an online order. I received the confirmation email and my bank account was charged. When I got there I was told the computers were down and they were closed and there was nothing they could do. Tried reaching out but it seems nobody cared. So I decided to just let that one go (big mistake). Decided to give them another try as one bad experience shouldn't be a reason to completely avoid a place. On December 27th I made an online order again. I received my food and was happy, until I got back to work and opened the sandwich up. Not only was the sandwich not cut in half like it always has been, but it was the sloppiest, most disgusting thing I have ever seen. Ended up having to eat my sandwich with a fork! I order from here all the time and have never had these issues. And now we get to tonight January 5th, I had a huge craving for Subway and decided to give them one last chance. I once again placed my order, drove there and had to go inside because the drive thru was closed. When I got inside myself and one other customers waiting in the "express pickup" area waited WAY longer than we should have, because apparently it takes two subway employees to make sandwiches for one customer. I finally get my sandwiches and return to work ready to eat. (Spoiler alert, it wasn't good). I opened my sandwich and not only was my sandwich not cut in half again, but the bacon was nearly completely raw, and the sandwich not even toasted, even though in the specific request section of the online order I put "crispy bacon, and cut sandwich in half"! This is the last and final straw.. I will not be returning!

Have to try this place hopefully it's better than the other one on 66th Street #1.

Bathrooms broken, no egg... not good. Unusual for subway.
