I don’t know if it’s a training issue or not, but the last few drinks ordered here are definitely not the caliber they use to be. My last three have not been what was ordered and the taste allows us to not want to drink it. The cost is too expensive to be dumping down the drain! Time to find someplace new for our Frappes!
The Starbucks drive-thru was very quick. They made the coffee perfect to order. This is one of the best Starbucks that I've been to. It is great that it is centrally located. The staff seems to work well together. There was a long line. I thought I was going to have to wait a while but luckily we got through in about 5 to 10 minutes. Great job Starbucks!
I understand more than anyone how fast food customers can be. I do my best to never give attitude to fast food workers because of simple mistakes but when they are rude because of their mishaps and continue to be rude, I can’t hold my tongue. The lady whom took my order messed up on my order. No big deal until she gave me an attitude when I mentioned to her the drink was wrong. As I’m watching her take other drive thru orders she’s reading stuff on her phone and keeps telling the customer on the speaker she didn’t hear them or to repeat the order. Then we notice they only have one of two cake pops that were ordered. Instead of fixing it she told me she knows she gave me two and I told her there is only one. Then she looks at the receipt and says I only charged you for one. Told her I would pay for the other. I just want the two I requested.I get customer service can be hard but you make it harder when you don’t do the job you were hired to do. Most customers don’t want to cause issues. They just want to be greeted nicely, get their order taken care of and be on their merry way. Most customers are completely understanding as long as the employee(s) are doing their best.Another person reviewed saying how commendable people are for “just showing up”. Just showing up doesn’t get the job done. (3) employees can get more done if they are focused and keep a positive attitude then (6) rude employees just going with the flow.
I admired those people who still showed up for work. With short staff everywhere you might find your favorite latté sometimes doesn't look the way it should be. When this happened just be patient and be thankful for those who showed up at work. Overall the experienced is good. I would have give 5 stars but there's no toilet paper, paper towel and hand soap in the bathroom. ?

Extremely rude and snarky drive thru worker. Totally understand it’s 6am but if someone is being nice and thanking you, the attitude is unnecessary. Went to this location simply because I was working in the area have no intentions on returning.
This place needs to close down. Not only is the drive thru closes a minimum 3 days of the week but today they decided to not even open. It’s 8:09am and opening hours are at 5:30am. Find better quality employees or shut this place down since you can’t operate efficiently.
I rarely want to leave negative reviews, but I'm sure Starbucks can handle it. My husband and I pulled up to the drive thru on the way to the zoo with our two small children. The drive thru had a sign posted that it was closed. Okay. So I thought I'd go inside since only 4 people were in line. It took about 3-5 minutes to order- no big deal. But once I ordered, I just kept waiting. And waiting. And waiting. Mobile order pickups were coming and going while the rest of us stood there for sooo long. My husband texted me to hurry cause our kids were freaking out in the car, so I asked how long-- they said just a few minutes. 27 minutes later I walked out with my two coffees and two egg bites. Don't recommend.
No organization. No one greeted me while I'm standing there wondering when I can order, where I can order, it wasn't busy at all inside and the drive thru was shut down.. then they started helping all these other people who walked in after me..after a slew of unhappy starbucks experiences in a row (I go to sbx every day) I'm finally giving it up. I can make my own for way cheaper anyways. I will say tho the older woman you recently hired is a delight.
I must say Joel made my experience at Starbucks Amazing he is the best I love his energy I was having a rough day and he just smiled was helpful and turned it around we need more of him Thanks Again Joel for being a Star!!!!!!!!?
