This Starbucks should stop pretending to be a coffee shop. Each time I’ve been there and ordered a regular coffee, they are like, “Coffee! Oh yeah, let me brew you some, it will be a few minutes.” Never a pot ready.
I ordered a hot blonde coffee with a blonde espresso shot and had to wait in the breakfast rush drive thru line twice because the espresso was missing, making me super late for work
the paper straws get soggy and the drink becomes less enjoyable. service was nice, and the drink was ok.
Another Starbucks, with all the standard fare. This shop was clean, well lit and spacious. There is a small outdoor patio which would have been nice to sit in during the early morning but there were two men sitting out there chain smoking cigarettes. That's something that my California sensibilities will not understand.
The drive-thru line is fast. I like when they have the question or joke of the day on the board. The staff is friendly and made the drink perfectly. They have a lot of coffee options to choose from. The breakfast snacks and desserts look good every time. Haven't had the cake pop in years but it is definitely on my to-do list. Those things are great.
You may never see this but whoever paid for the whole drive through with gift cards at Starbucks on Park Blvd this morning really turned my day around. I was going to pay for the person behind because I wanted to be the kindness I needed and you beat me in the best way
As Starbucks goes this was a nice one - staff was friendly and helpful and our order was fast and complete - exactly what one would expect from a Starbucks- what I like about Starbucks Consistency, went into the store and went through the drive though as well
The hours on your drive through window say you’re open until 8pm on Sunday. Fix it or tell people to drive off so they’re not just sitting there wasting their time while you stare at them. Completely unprofessional- the entire staff working tonight 04/10/2022.
Out of all my Starbucks this is my favorite Starbucks enjoy going around the corner and getting my caramel macchiato are fast courteous professional willing to help in all ways totally recommend this particular Starbucks any day of the week
My kid ordered a dairy free drink with no whip cream and got it with whip cream. They just scraped it off and put a new lid on it. I'm glad my kid does not have a severe allergy otherwise could have been a major problem. Watched them do the same thing on the order in front of mine. I'll probably start going to a different loacation
