If I could give less than 1 star, I would. Ordered 3 drinks. After 20 minutes we pressed the call button to see if the drinks were coming. They told us they were, and we waited another 10 minutes. After over half an hour, we decided to just leave. I will not waste my time or money there again.

This place is a dump. Nothing works and you can almost never order in the app because they turn that option off so you cannot redeem any promotions and/or coupons. Young teens work here and they are not friendly and they don't care about getting your order right. 35 minutes wait for a large sweet tea and we got a small diet coke instead. SMH DON'T... JUST DON'T!

Drive-through order I pulled up to the window and the young lady appeared to hate her Job and that’s unfortunate it might be because they’re short staffed but at the same time I as the customer shouldn’t be able to see your frustrations. Whoever took our order was supper friendly that I will say so thank you for that. We ordered 4 Sonic Blast and they were all made incorrectly but that’s okay it’s just dessert.

It's been a long time since I was at any Sonic restaurants. I forgot how easy it was to order. Never got out of the vehicle and the service was very fast. Plus the food was perfect. I especially like the slushy with the little nerds in it. I am going to have to go back and order some of the other food items. There were so many things I wanted to try but I couldn't order everything in just one visit. But this Sonic restaurant had very good service and the food was perfect. No complaints from me.

Sat in the drive through for about 35-40 minutes just to be served cold food. Then on top of that the fries were only filled halfway. I will never spend money here again!!!!

I generally am happy and love Sonic. I have not been very pleased with using their app. And yesterday I made an order with several burgers that I removed the cheese from them. I did not realize before that they do not have burgers without cheese. If you remove the cheese you are still charged for it. I do not feel that this is a good business practice. I have never had an issue with my service and I know that it was a rather large order but I felt it was a long time to take to get my order to me that I got to the point where I was going to call and ask where my food was. As the screen had already closed out.

I waited in line at this sonic for more than 35 minutes. By the time I was able to order the woman taking my order did not bother to inform me that the ice cream machine "was down." Very disappointing when you specifically came for ice cream. It has been this way the past 3 or 4 times I've visited. They are very slow, and often rude to customers. Do not recommend this Sonic. Also, is it really a "drive-in" if 99% of the time their drive up stalls are closed? Corporate needs to either do something about the management running this store or it needs to be shut down. Do not come here.

Was charged twice for raspberry flavor which is fine IF it was actually added to my drink. Which it was not! Management really needs to consider who they put in positions that deal with people. The woman at the register was such a tart. Acted like I was an inconvenience to her. Please no apologies for bad customer service. Empty apologies and poor customer service seems to be the norm these days here.

Unfortunately I decided not to take pictures, the food was not worth seeing anyway. First time back to Sonic in over 10 years. I had fond memories of this location and their quality food. Unfortunately this is no longer the case. The amount paid for the food (see attached photo) was way higher than the quality and care put into making the meal. I was highly disappointed. Both the Chili Cheese Hot Dog and Burger were cold. Poor flavor on both. The young lady who took my order and payment was very nice, polite and pretty courteous. A+ for her, F for the food. I don't know if this was just an off night or the usual for the cook. Hopefully the former. I, however, will not be back to find out.

I don't know what's going on with this Sonic but it's the worst one I've ever been to!I pulled into a space and pushed the button and they tell me that they aren't working and I have to go thru the drive-thru! I go thru the drive-thru and 47 minutes later (only 3 cars in front of me) I get to the window AND they said their slush machine was down and decided THEY would pick another drink for me and give me cold nasty onion rings.Get new management and take take care of your repeat customers Sonic! You just lost this customer ?‍♀️
