I order online. My first visit there, the employee or manager brought mine out the back door to my car so I wouldn't have to wait to get it at the window since the person ahead of me had a big order. Very courteous.
Ordered 2 smoothies. They only made the one because the girl was confused. Was asked if i wanted to add a tip, I was shocked because I've never been asked that in a drive thru. When I said no thanks, the girl seemed offended and basically threw the smoothie at me, which was the wrong one.
Was told “please wait” upon arriving at drive thru. Waited for over 10 minutes and nothing else was said. I was the only one in the drive thru line. Horrible service

I wish I could give this place 0 stars not only do they try to get your bill as high as possible and don't tell you that there's a up charge for anything but they start at charging about a $1.50 more than any other Smoothie King I've ever seen worst place and worst experience ever. Then when you get to the window the manager is the most distrespectful worst customer service I've ever seen in my life said they would rather throw it away then give it to me , Get new employees and better customer service I will never go back to this place when I hope you don't either.
I absolutely Love the drinks here, all natural and Very Refreshing! There options to add extras such as protein and energy boosters to the smoothie of your choice from tropical to fruit and plant based options! Definitely will keep this place on my go to list
