I've been coming here for years, and it usually was great. But the last two times I came, I had to leave for waiting too long! This time I had my husband with me, and we waited in the drive thru for 35 mins, without moving an inch! Plus there were no cars past the speaker, at that point! They just WEREN'T TAKING ORDERS!! Two cars in front of me pulled out of line and went inside, so my husband thought we'd "do the same". He went inside, and those people who'd pulled out hadn't even been acknowledged yet. The manager looked everyone right in their eyes and didn't have the decency to give an explanation, or to even greet them! My husband was in there another 15 mins! How are you doing business, when for 50 mins you haven't put out even a piece of food to any customers?? I drove around to look thru the window, and I could see all the food, loads of it, just sitting there and the employees were just standing around talking! WHAT IS GOING ON WITH THIS PLACE??? WERE THEY ON STRIKE??? Completely UNACCEPTABLE!!
They never have what's on the menu or either they are too lazy to actually cook what you order. I have given this location several chances and it's always the same excuse. Super sad
Went through the drive thru this time. Had to wait a little bit, but no biggie. I ordered the spicy chicken sandwich. Definitely gave me my monies worth.
Zero stars if I could. Try to order a 5 pc tender meal and it was $15.00. I told the girl PDQ 5pc meal is under $10.00. She said well go down the road then. Terrible customer service and rude. Just so ya know, PDQ 5 pc Tender meal is $7.99, Cheddars scratch Kitchen 5 pc Tender meal $9.99, & KFC 5 pc tender combo $8.79 You guys are way high. If your chicken cost is that high you need to find a new supplier.
Chicken tasted like it was cooked in old cooking oil. Biscuits were molded.... Can't believe how all of these fast food places continue to give sub par food and services....
The food at this location is good. The drive thru is dismal. I got stuck in the drive thru line once for over 20 minutes one evening and there was only four cars... And I gave up and left once I was able to get out of line. As I drove away I looked inside expecting them to be understaffed, nope there was a bunch of employees. Other times the drive thru is just slow, the speaker is horrible and the person taking orders is barely paying attention and very inarticulate. Sorry but they could learn a thing or two from another Chicken chain.
In our opinion, must be thee best POPEYES in town! Food was absolutely delicious. Chicken moist, side dishes fresh, wonderful biscuits! YUMMMM! servers were very careful in getting order correct.
I don’t understand how a chicken place can run out of chicken. We placed an order for pickup in 35 mins. Got there and the lovely (not at all) person working shouted out that no more orders until they got caught up on existing orders. Well just after that another person comes in and orders a big order of the spicy chicken. I go to pickup my order and was told that they are out of spicy and if I want to wait for it, it will be another 20-25 mins. FOR WHAT I HAD ORDERED BEFORE THE WALK-IN CUSTOMER. Then they tell me they don’t have anymore of one of the sides I ordered. This place is not only slow but ver incompetent and run like a 3 ring circus. DO NOT GO HERE EVER!
Although I love Popeyes Chicken, I had stopped going because of one employee at their drive thru window. But on my last visit, the manager was working the window and I explained that I had stopped going and why. She was super pleasant, professional, and engaging. All people all for is great customer service and it was a pleasant surprise to receive such great service at this last visit. Thank you!!!
Ordered a 12 piece meal deal and an 8 piece meal deal. Only got 1 and had to call to let them know. Shame as we bought lunch for the guys working on the home kitchen and 1 or 2 of them didn't eat because we didn't get our full order. They did replace the order but did not have the time to go back and feed those who didn't eat. Bags should be checked for complete orders before handing food to the customers at all times. We didn't have a complicated order so no reason why this happened. Maybe down the road we'll give them a 2nd chance.
