The person at the drive thru must have been having a bad day. I asked if I could get a Tropi bowl with beans for the protein option. She said "No! Protein is MEAT!" I told her I was vegan. She then said that the vegan option would be to get all of the sides. I said okay, but no onions please. She gave me my food without looking at me at all as I was trying to get her attention to ask for some sauce. Then I looked in the bag and noticed that my "meal" consisted of rice and beans-nothing else. She finally came back to the window and argued with me about what I asked for. I obviously did not want plain rice and beans without even any sauce! Anyway, she gave me some sides and some sauce after I asked, but no avocado which I realized later. The food was good nevertheless. I will be back and I really hope she is having a better day.

This looks so unappetizing and unappealing. I ordered the churrasco with chimichurri, yellow rice and beans, and a side of Mac and cheese. They forgot the chimichurri sauce, gave me white rice, and the beans were super watery. Also ordered a slice of key lime pie. My total was $21. I’m just going to say it right now, the food I got I could’ve made it myself less than what I paid. And it probably would’ve been way better tasting.

HEALTH DEPT FINALLY SHUT THEM DOWN!!!I don't usually leave reviews for places because for the most part things are what they are now, and you get what you get. In this case I had to come share my experience. This restaurant is DIRTY, like moldy greasy just entirely filthy. I went with my mother and after waiting 15 min to order and almost 40 min for my food I complained to Jennifer that stated she was a "regional manager". Let me say, after listening to her give her employees direction, and watching her I understand why this location has gone in the toilet. Jennifer could care less about cleanliness or engaging the customers respectfully. In the middle of an order, she excused herself to get on the phone. You can clearly hear her conversation was just a personal call. The employee that finally came to the register apologized for her as said that "she's the boss and does what she wants". Apparently its not cleaning or running a store correctly because you can see, since I have noticed her in the store it has gown downhill and gotten CLOSED by the HEALTH DEPARTMENT. If you can, go to the other location on Gulf to Bay. Cleaner, great employees much less wait time, their food tastes so much better like what I have come to expect from PT and they open their dining room

The Cuban was good. I had the rice pudding. It was good but not worth 4.00. The drive thru crew could be more customer friendly.

First time visiting store #10083 and I was very disappointed first of all why do you still have indoor dining closed , 3/14/2022 ? Not because of covid 19 , all other restaurants are going back to normal previous de pandemic era except this Pollo tropical … had to go the drive window and ask if they would take my order , I wasn’t in a car , after they looked shocked they took my order and told me to wait for 20 min for the grill master trío … after waiting in the sun for ever , my combo didn’t come as it was order … pollo tropical it’s one of my best choices back in Puerto Rico but here in Florida , it’s a shame ?

I love Pollo Tropical's food. I would love to frequent eating there again. I do not like the idea of having to eat my meal in the car though. Why isn't the dining room open ??

2 times before I ordered online for pick up and got a wrong order.One time I was promise a gift card in the mail and never got .Now tonight I ordered for delivery and never even got my food after waiting an hour. My card has already been charged.will see if I actually get a refund this time.Avoid ordering from this location unless you like wasting your money! What's the point of good tasting food if you can't actually get your food!!

Some misses on my order, but service was quick and the area is clean. Too bad the flan was brought out frozen solid. Cilantro chicken had lots of avocado, but wasn't cilantro-y.

Picture it: You had a long work week, you're tired and you just want some comfort food and a relaxing evening. You order uber eats and wait anxiously for over an hour to get your beloved pollo tropical. You're ready to pig out and watch a good show. Not so fast. You immediately notice that NONE of the drinks you ordered are there. And the uber driver has literally run to their car and is gone in 6 seconds. But wait, there's more. Or less I should say. There's an entire mojo pork missing, no mac and cheese, no mashed potatoes and gravy. You ordered 15 cilantro garlic sauces just in hopes they would give you a fraction of that but there's NOT A SINGLE ONE to be found. The frustration is eating you alive. But you are eating nothing because this meal is ruined. Who do you blame? The uber driver who forwarded your call? The restaurant who never picked up the phone? Uber eats who wants to try to give you a measly 5 dollar credit? Yourself for thinking any of these people are competent? Yeah I blame myself. What was I thinking expecting to get what I ordered? The entitlement. Lesson learned. Never again.

I would give zero stars if possible. Ordered through app. Went to store and they didn't realized we ordered. So it took for ever. Would have left but already paid through app and couldn't get anyone to help. Super rude girl packing food. Doors locked at 7:40pm? Won't be back.
